Natural Grocers

This was my 1st time at the Lawrence location and thanks to your employee, Jen, I was very pleased! She gladly helped me find a multiple items that I was struggling to locate. When I was ready to leave, the cashier called for backup because there were several of us in line, waiting. Jen came right up to help check people out, of course I went to her line. She was selflessly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the stores layout. You've got a GREAT employee, Natural Grocers. Take care of her 👏👏👏

Went in to get fresh fruit and some tea. Fruit was ALL organic and they had a BUNCH of different kinds of tea. I asked a question and the worker took me to where what I wanted was. Very nice.

I've shopped at Natural Grocers for years because I can count on certain things from them no matter what location I'm in. They have bag-less checkout, always only organic produce, vitamins are all 3rd party verified, bulk comes in right-sized bags (so no excess packaging) labeled with packing dates (unlike the big bin method where you have no idea how long that stuff has been in there) and a lot of the bulk seeds are vital so you can sprout them. Last but not least they have a very long list of nasty ingredients they don't allow in their store.

This particular Natural Grocers has friendly staff and they are always well stocked. The competition in Lawrence do have bigger footprints, but they also mix conventional and organic produce (which isn't how that works) and they have shelf after shelf of junk food garbage. So really when you get down to the stuff that's actually food, this store has plenty.

Everyone working there is welcoming and helpful!! The products are all organic, and I don't have to wonder about the quality. I like wandering the aisles and taking my time.

Absolutely love this place. Staff are SOOO nice and welcoming. Their responses to "safety" policies amidst the crisis have been very welcoming as well (thank you!).

Natty G's used to appear to me like a goofy crunchy store, and now I buy almost my entire kitchen's worth of groceries there. Healthier, cheaper, tastier ... I hardly shop anywhere else now.

Always love shopping here. Great selections & the best prices for this kind of market. I get most of my groceries here. Great vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian options. I don't prefer a huge market with hundreds of brands to choose from. NG makes it easy and affordable 😉 and ALL of the employees are pleasant ~ Win/Win!

I'm there twice a week.

Checkers, Dillons, Aldi's and the Merc get a max of once a week.

Nice to be out shopping in person for a change. Late in day so not many shoppers, all wearing masks. Good selection. Good specials. Staff very helpful as usual. They were wearing masks & shields & advising us to maintain distancing while in line.

Helpful staff. Lots of great vegan food. Meat prices were average for organic, natural grass fed beef. Milk prices were decent and had many varieties to choose from. Their supplement section is abundant and you can find anything you need.

Very kind and helpful staff. I had no idea how to find the items I was sent here to get. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Took time to guide me around like I had my own personal shopping assistant. They even showed me some things I wasn't looking for and they got more sales out of me.

Great place to get elderberry. They have a lot of neat stuff. Toothpaste, shampoo etc...I'm hoping one of my friends to go there to maybe see if she can get her stomach problems to quit. She gets very sick. I told her to try gluten free stuff

Found everything we needed at this location, happy that the blueprint remains similar across different locations and makes it easier for folks from out of town to have that familiarity

Natural grocers is hands down the best place in town to buy organic produce. I love that you don't have to hunt for the organic version of your favorite fruits and veggies, as they're ALL organic (and reasonably priced to boot)! The refreshingly friendly and knowledgeable staff is yet another bonus that keeps me coming back.

Wonderful high quality vitamin shop with plenty of allergy friendly food alternatives. They carry only the best standard of all organic produce and a wonderful body care and beauty department selection. Super fun public events and the new mural out front is outstanding. Superb customer service and staff that goes above and beyond.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like that the cashiers remember you and engage in conversations. Very knowledgeable apothecary staff and I love their health magazine. I always learn something new when I read it. Yes, organic is pricey and I wish they had coupons like merc.

Great selection of food at great prices. Good place to find vegan options! Great overall quality. Friendly service. The membership program is free and easy to join and worth the few minutes it takes.

Love Natural Grocers! What a fabulous array of fresh foods, frozen items, vitamins and beauty items. I especially appreciate the huge choices of packaged grains & nuts at super low prices. Lots of tasty snacks & beverages, too. The workers are super nice and knowledgeable . Anything you could want at bargain prices.
