Sarah at the Russell, Ks. Shelter Ins office was extremely helpful and very kind. She answered all my questions, even when I kept calling back with more questions. She was able to adjust and lower my bill when my living situation changed. I highly reccommend her to anyone looking for good insurance and service.

Marc helped me get a great rate on my auto insurance and renters. He was able to work with me and got me more coverage for less. He was also very willing to work with my busy schedule to give me the best customer service experience. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone I know.
