Pizza Hut

So apparently the deep fryer wouldn't start at 4 PM this evening. The manager called me and told me this and offered to either reimburse the money or give me something different so I chose something different, My order arrived a little late, but that's nothing to be complaining about if their deep fryer is not functioning properly. But it turns out they finally got the fryer working and sent it out. Not only the food that I requested as an exchange for the nuggets that I was originally going to get. But I also got the nuggets as well. Thank you, Pizza Hut, you're in Russell. For not only being cooperative for going above and beyond to support your community.

Time to dig in
Despite the I-70 closed to winter conditions, I found friendly service and a hot/tasty pizza.

We were passing thru town on a very long road trip. I was able to make a call ahead order so we could be on our way quickly. The sweet lady who took our order was so accommodating. Our pizza was ready and piping hot when we got there and we were able to eat and get back on the road. Such great customer service and everyone was so friendly and helpful! even gave us to-go cups at no charge.

Service was good, we got garlic parm and honey teriyaki bone out wings with cheese garlic knots and my husband and I both got personal loan pizzas. Garlic white sauce with chicken and bacon, and then the bbq chicken pizza. Everything was so good, and fresh and hot. Was right next door to my hotel so was even better. Only disappoint was we thought it would be the buffet but they weren't doing it, only salad bar. Still great time and food tho.

Had a really great dinner! They were late delivering some of the food (we barely noticed) and without prompting kindly comped the meal. Will gladly go back for great food and awesome service.

The blizzard was cold but the food was Hot. Straight Gas would eat again 6/5💫s

Michael was amazing! I wandered in while he was running the place solo and got 4 orders of breadsticks. He had them out to me in less than the quoted time, with the extra seasoning I'd requested. This man needs a raise!

While on a roadtrip, we got pizza and breadsticks from this location. It was by far the best Pizza Hut we’ve ever had! That’s saying a lot considering we can’t eat cheese.

The man who manages the store now is awesome! Turned my entire opinion around about the store. Wish I had gotten his name. I will update this once i realize the name. Anyway, I had ordered pizza the other day and it was fresh and amazing. Ordered the new melt and it was awesome last night. Thanks Guys!

I had the good fortune today to stop at the Pizza Hut in Russell Kansas. I passed the restaurant and saw that it was a dine in style Pizza Hut, so I decided to give it a try.

My first question, "Do you have beer" was met with a enthusiastic "Yes!" by the customer associate that greeted me. I asked about seating, and she told me to sit where ever I like, and that she would have my beer right out.

After washing up, I found my table with menus, my cold beer, and a frosty mug awaiting.

Did I mention that my beer was cold?

To my delight, this Pizza Hut was exactly like the "red roofs" I remembered from my childhood, and on the menu was Garlic Bread (add cheese)! This is a very old favorite of mine and hard to find, but besides the nostalgia and the delicious hot food when it promptly arrived, it was my server Tammy who made my day.

She was courteous but prompt, friendly but not overbearing, and she provided very efficient service. She was also social when she had time (she was clearly busy with other work, but still never neglected my table).

It has been a long time since I was able to enjoy what I think of as the Pizza Hut of Old, and today I got the very best of this from the Pizza Hut in Russell Kansas, and the reason it was so incredible was that Tammy, my server, has been an employee of this restaurant for 30+ plus years and is, no surprise, the general store manager.

Thank you so much for this experience, Tammy! I will return as soon as I can.

P.S. The 80's music was a special bonus! I am looking around for Galaga!

Good coupon specials. This is a classic older Pizza Hut with a dining area, table service, and a salad buffet. I am fond of the place. Considering current high inflation, they are staying fairly priced and still run
decent coupons. They are very fast.

Very nice woman. Working at the counter. Had called in and placed an order while we were traveling across the state and our order was ready to come out of the oven. Hot and delicious.

My family rolled into town after 9:30 pm and were grateful the app let us place an order for delivery. The delivery guy was really nice. He had to find us in an RV park after dark. The pizza looked and tasted delicious!!

We stopped at this Pizza Hut during a cross-country trek, and we're glad we did! The service was excellent, the interior decor was perfect and the pizza was out of this world.

Friendly staff. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Had the meat lovers personal pizza and boneless wings. They didn't have the sauce I like (honey garlic) Server suggested honey BBQ and garlic parmesan. The cook did an awesome job on the mixture for the wings. It was all very yummy. 😋

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The delivery driver came and i handed them what i thought was $24. My order came to 20 so that left a $4 tip. Well apparently i handed her the wrong pile of money i had set aside. She wound up with $17 extra after she paid pizza hut the 20 for my order. She came back to my room to tell me i gave her too much money! I told her thank u and to keep the $5. There are still honest people in this world and thank u pizza hut for hiring nice and honest people ❤

The staff was very nice and attentive. The restaurant was clean and the pizza was great! Good job Pizza Hut folks.

Friendly staff, the food was fresh & good, I ate the buffet & if u don’t see the pizza you want they will gladly make it for u. Only thing I would change is maybe to extend the buffet hours....it’s only available till 1pm.

I got it just the way I ordered it.
Delivering I ordered spaghetti and mushrooms green peppers and onions with meat sauce and a salad with everything hold the cheese it was perfect and it was to my house in less than 30 minutes I love Pizza Hut spaghetti it's Al Dente every time.

I over heard them talking about how they could "improve customer experiences." I was impressed.
Our pizza was to go but I had to share a big smile & a thanks for great service.
