Debi is absolutely the best realtor we've ever worked with. She is enthusiastic, intelligent, professional and great on negotiations, contracts and the closing. She made herself available immediately when something came up for us to look at. Creatively viewing the market in our price range was a big help to our finding the right home. We worked with Debi for over a year on the build of our new house and we quite literally would not have been able to do it without her. Not only is she knowledgeable about Wichita as a whole as far as locations, neighborhoods and school districts but to have her next to us during the building process was invaluable. We began our build from the east coast and she was our local expert when it came to stopping by the build site, emailing/visiting with our builder and making important decisions that we could not get into town to make. She was our voice of reason and knowledge whenever we ran into a snag and after being in our house 2+ months we know that part of the reason we love it so much is because we had Debi on our side during the process. We had known Debi as a family friend for years but have an entirely new appreciation for how wonderful of a realtor she is and continues to be even post-closing!

I had never met Debi before I purchased a home. She was recommended by a friend and I wasn't sure how the experience would work out, or what I was getting myself into. Right from the get-go Debi treated me with a sensitive nature, respect, and kindness. I had a very short window to sell my current home and to purchase a new one. She was able to guide the process smoothly and without any major catastrophes. This all is especially true since the home I was purchasing was being sold by owner who had no idea how the home selling process worked.

Neither of my transactions resulted in large commissions for Debi, yet she treated me like I was purchasing a million dollar home. The process and experience is more important to her than how much her commission is.

I'm still in love with my home and will randomly text Debi telling her how much I love it. Not only did I get a wonderful home by working with Debi, but I also made a new friend.

She assisted my sisters and I sell our parent’s farm house. Before her listing, the house had been on the market for 18 months with minimal interest.

Debi was a breath of fresh air. She staged the home, hired an excellent photographer (stills and drone footage), wrote a fantastic sales narrative, and listed our house on numerous social media sites. Within FIVE DAYS of Debi’s listing, she had an offer for us, ABOVE, the listing price!

Not only did she sell our property quickly, but she was also empathic, understanding the entire emotional complexities of selling a childhood home.

Debi is a master of the entire process, communicating solid advice that helped us make great choices. My sisters and I live in 3 different states; our physical distance from the property wasn’t an issue at all for Debi. When looking for a home Debi was nothing less than excellent. Debi never showed an once of hesitation when I was sending her homes I wanted to look at the next day, at 10pm that night.
She didn't sugar coat a thing, weather that be the condition of a home we liked or the price. She gave us insight as young home buyers we lacked. She walked us through the home buying process with such grace.

Debi is a wonderful realtor! She was instrumental in making our recent home purchase go smoothly. What is typically considered to be a stressful experience really wasn't. She quickly answered our questions and kept us up to speed on every step of the negotiating and purchasing process which can become pretty complex when a relocation company is unloved in the transaction. Debi was absolutely amazing! We were selling our family home (after our mother passed away) from across country and debi took care of EVERYTHING! She set up an estate sale, had the necessary repairs done to the house and then had it detailed by a housekeeping service before she put in on the market. There is so much that I would love to say about Debi Strange but I will keep my comment short. She has been on a roller coaster ride with me since we met several years ago. She is a constant uplifting, level headed, knowledgeable, flexible, and protective realtor as I made decisions. She is a ‘tell you how it is’ but with compassion and with your best interests at heart. She has only been professional and I felt like I was always in great hands with her. If I ever had a question or wanted to change my mind, she responded quickly and I knew I could trust her. If she didn’t know the answer, she would do the work to figure it out. All in all, for me, she is the best realtor I could have asked for.

Debi has a long history with our family. She sold my wife’s parents’ house for them when they moved out of state. She helped us buy our first house together, and we have referred her to several friends, who she has also helped buy new homes. She is enthusiastic, listens carefully, and doesn’t waste your time with things you aren’t looking for. She goes above and beyond every single time, and has a quality network of associates that help her make things as smooth as possible for everyone involved. She referred us to a sprinkler system guy and heating/air guy that we still use to this day (a decade later). She will be our realtor for life, but we consider her a family friend now. We cannot recommend her strongly enough, and since a galaxy of stars is not an option, we will have to settle for giving her five.

Debi has been an excellent Realtor. She has found me homes for about 20 years now and really, I couldn't ask for a better and honest person. She will point things out that you are looking for before you notice it in a house. She is on point of what you are looking for in a house such as "must have's" as well as keeps your wants in mind and really tries to check all the boxes needed. Professionalism at its finest!
