I previously filled all our family’s prescriptions at Dillions and had for years even though their service was awful from not calling to let us know that our medication was on back order on a Friday for us to show up to pick up the prescription then they inform us they couldn’t refill it (this was a med that could not be missed) they then asked if they would like us to check their other locations?! Why would you even need to ask? We have been sent home with a medication that was nothing but powder in a bottle and I had to call to ask how to mix it and then told oh that should have already been done. Long story short we never wanted to hassle with moving all our prescriptions but the last straw was our insurance stopped being covered by Dillions which they didn’t bother to tell us until we noticed one costing 4xs as much and asked them. So we moved to this Walgreens I can not express how much it meant to get a call from their pharmacy this morning just making sure my prescription was working ok and to make sure I didn’t have any questions because they noticed it was my first time taking it. Why did I wait so long to switch!?! Thank you Walgreens for your excellent customer service in your pharmacy at this location. The guy that called was so nice and you have a very happy customer for life!!

This Walgreens has a lot of amazing people that genuinely care about customer service, whether it's the cosmetics department, photo department, pharmacy, or just the rest of the store the customer service is always great. From the moment the cashier says welcome to Walgreens to the moment I check out after having one of the store associates or pharmacy workers help me it's always a great experience.

Love the Pharmacy staff. Always greeted by name. Photo department is great. Poster order always come out great. Make up department always has time to help me. Could not ask for better store.

Went to get matched for foundation. It was a great experience!! I have a really hard tone to match and the cosmetic lady really helped me out alot!! I was impressed, I have a cosmetology license and she was very knowledgeable about the products.

Faith and Heather were super friendly and helpful when I needed help with some passport pictures. Awesome service!

The pharmacy tends to run out of things. If they do not have reorder points set, they need to set them or adjust them.

I find the Pharmacy staff very helpful here! They are often friendly despite they very busy pace at which they preform. Without propmting, the Phamacy staff have shown me ways I could save additional money through coupons and savings plans to save on my Rx beyond having insurance. When I see the pharmacy staff they are always busy, this appears to be a very busy pharmacy with drive through and walk ins. Honestly, I think they could use more staf at busy times to assist them in the pharamcy. Yes, there can sometimes be a line at pharmacy; but when it is your turn to be helped, you are their priority. I received one of my vaccines here, my doctor had recommended Walgreens because it was more likely Walgreens would have vaccine in stock before the doctors office would get. The front cashier's often say hello to customers as soon as they enter the store. When a line forms at the front of the store, often a second cashier comes to the front to assist. The Walgreens app is helpful to re-order Rx and products. I only had contact with the previous cosmetic person; she has since moved away. When I told her of an issue I was having in styling my hair, she not only suggested a product, but went to get product, and opened it for me to try on the spot. I liked it, and purcharsed it. The hair product was alot less money than the beauty store product I was unhappy with. This is good sales personnel. I will admit with current covid situation, I would be reluctant to try any products at cosmetic counter, regardless of location. Occasionally, Walgreens can run out of stock on a certian product. This is especially true since covid, but i find that to be the case about everywhere. Only drawback and it is a big one, dropped a star because of it...As a pharmacy, serving many people of high risk, I do wish that this branch store would enforce policy of NOT selling/ serving people who enter the store and refuse to wear a mask. If they, choose to not to wear mask, they could still be served, albeit by using drive through, curbside or make online purchase. Thank you.
