Dillons

During the holidays, I was tasked with a cheese and cracker tray. I stopped by the cheese station and met Lana. This lady knows her cheeses! She is engaging and attentive. She helped me choose 3 different cheeses, the correct size for the party size and the perfect crackers. The Ritz had to go back. She even gave me suggestions on how to cut it the correct size. Good job Dillons , she is quite the asset.

I had 1 questionable experience with my pickup order in almost 2 years. I let them know on the survey and NOT EVEN 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was the pickup manager! Heidi was so sweet and apologetic about my experience. She was also VERY GENEROUS when making things right. Customer service is ALWAYS PHENOMENAL! I had to call the store manager Tiffany and let her know how delightful Heidi and her assistant Xio were. I soooo wish we could tip these AMAZING workers for their generosity and genuine commitment to customer service 🙌🏾💕

Great prices I always find what I need. And I found that the fry's chain in Arizona is the same as the Dillons here in Kansas so I was still able to use my Fry's card here at Dillons.
Without losing my points for gas great.

I love this store it has pretty much everything I want in groceries. It also has hot food and a deli. Great store!

I already take ladonna to Dillions to get a few things.

The employees there are fantastic. They are helpful, kind , personable and always willing to lend a hand. You don't have to go searching for them there's generally someone on the aisle you're on and always more than willing to help! I also love the Kroger Brand items. Usually they're much less expensive than name brands. I always buy Kroger Brand whenever possible. The one thing I'm not crazy about as far as the Kroger brand goes is their toilet paper. Other than that they're just as good as any name brand you'll buy. I can't say enough good things about the Dillons on East 21st Street, just east of Rock Road!!

Chloe in Starbucks and the front end is absolutely amazing! She always has the most uplifting, warming, and inviting energy whenever I come into Dillons. If I could use a physical example of great customer service I would use her!!

They have come a long way, from one of the most highest stores to " I get it stores" Thanks Dillon's for making our neighborhood a store we can be proud of and willing to shop at. I'm disabled and this has made me feel like the little money I get each month can go a little bit further when I don't feel like going to other stores. Thanks again for thinking about the customers. I went to the Dillons @ 21st and Rock Rd in Wichita Kansas to get flowers for my mother in laws 86th birthday. I picked out flowers and a vase. Kim waited on me. Every time I go to the floral shop, Kim is so friendly and engaging. She made sure the arrangement looked super special and beautiful. She always makes you feel special too! If you need flowers, go to see Kim at Dillon's, she will make your day!!

Called ahead to be sure they had 5 lobster tails for dinner tomorrow night. Been burned before. Not only did they have 5 tails, but when I got to the seafood counter to ask for them, the associate said “did you call ahead?”. I said yes, and he went back to a fridge and brought out a package of 5 tails all set to go!! I was shocked!
Now, I do have other thoughts about this store, but today it earned it’s 5 stars!!

Dreadful customer service. Doors not opened on time. No self check out and the one register that was open was unmanned. Five shoppers waiting to check out and no service. Lady in charge was dismissive when asked for assistance at register. Do not value their customers.

I needed flowers for a funeral, I picked 3 individual roses already in cellophane and I asked for bows and a water tube on each. They took off the cellophane and wrapped with pretty paper, water tubes, and ribbon for no extra charge which I was willing to pay. This was the first time I used their floral department. It made a very heavy, sad day softer for my day ahead. ♡

I want to buy a poinsettia for a senior event and the florist was most helpful in helping me pick the right ribbon for the bow. At checkout I also received good customer service. From the cashier and bagger. One task that was stress free. Thanks

I love Dillons. The store is very clean and the staff is so friendly and very helpful. I checked out with many coupons and the checkout clerk was great with the coupons. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great store. They have many items and within the many they offer several different brand names. They have many items that are not found in other stores and if they are in other stores they generally offer only one brand, whereas Dillions usually has several choices such as items that are kosher friendly, items that are keto friendly, non gluten, diabetic friendly etc. Many Dillons market locations also have a Starbucks within the store, a nice bakery and meat market along with the normal brands of packaged breads and meats that most grocery market type stores often offer. Dillons also usually have great seafood lovers items too! Love Dillions markets.

I like the quality of produce from Dillons.

Pretty much, overall good experience a positive. Located everything I needed, got in and out quickly (I dont like staying in any store very long).
