5 stars are not enough to express the experience we had with Diane. Here are a few things that sets her apart from realtors we've worked with in the past:
* helping her clients is more important to her than the commission
* she went above and beyond with helping us get the house ready to show * she kept an eye on our dog when all the inspectors, etc were in the house
* she arranged for quality repair work to be done in timely manner at a reasonable price * she handled all the paperwork details as the professional that she is
* the night before closing she spent time at the house so our daughter could say a final goodbye to her childhood home
* last but certainly not least - she is so fun!

I should add that she sold our house in under a week for over asking price!

Diane was such an amazing realtor to work with! She helped me from the very beginning with the loan approval process and then showed me tons of homes! She was very quick to respond to any of my needs. She’s very knowledgeable about the housing market. Diane made me feel like I was in safe hands during this entire process. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation. It doesn’t hurt that she is hilarious and so much fun to spend time with!
