Pentad Properties

I live at one of her locations sure things go off and you have to wait maybe a day or so that's what happens when you live in older Apts but instead of tripping out and calling Gloria a slumlord try actually reaching out to pentad properties and state your complaint I promise you that whatever it is will be addressed. I have had slum lords in Houston and I'm here to tell you she ain't one of them if you see a problem before you move in let them know don't naturally assume she doesn't know how to run her company.

I currently rent from pentad properties and granted deposits are hard to pay but the landlady is gracious to split payments plus both times I have called for a repair their service worker arrived the same day. So far even known as a slumlord, they have taken care of their renters/rentals.

I, personally, think the employees are very friendly, show me that they care, and are willing to reason with you.

Love the apartment and love all the people in the office the ladies down there are so sweet...

Their properties aren't that great and the owner owns pretty much all of Russell so she gets away with far more than she legally should.

Absolute mess of an agency and BR PREPARED TO CLEAN THE HOUSE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN sicked debt collectors on us for leaving the house the way we found it house had lead paint and the foundation was practically non existent along with mice poop everywhere and silicone and expanding foam galore... See through shower wall... It looked like a 4 year old painted over everything and she's very into her floors that aren't cut properly... But if you want to get absolutely screwed over move in

Slumlord s not landlords they are the greediest people on earth they will lie steal and cheat you outta 1000$ with no problems then evict u bas d on more lies. They also wanted 325$ for my service dog CROOKED HEIFERS. They own Russell so save yourself the headache and never rent a roach infested collapsing foundation home from them they are not worth going to jail over they are useless eaters

This property management will give you the worst or the worst and they will do anything to make money. Houses or apartments are falling apart. If you move out of town and try to set a deal with them they seem super noce and as soon as you get there theyll tell ypu they already rented it out. I moved from colorado had everything going good and as soon as i got here that what they did. After moving here for 8 months now ive heard from four other families that said they did the same to them. All homes and apartments are full of mold and cockroaches. Stay away.

One of the houses they own next to us has most of its windows broken out of it, the yard is in shambles and it is horrible. These places shouldn't even be allowed
