I am currently in mediation and have had to spend 100s of dollars.
I am retired and living on fixed SS income. I am in the midst of multiple health issues, as well as financial struggles. I needed to reduce my monthly rent by either investing in a low cost house or a trailer. I looked at a potential mortgage on a house being represented by this agent. This residence was listed as having centeral air on multiple real estate sites. This agent declared many times that this residence had central air, as well as a "bonus" wall unit that came with the house. The inspector hired by the seller indicated central air as well. I closed on the house in April. When the temp was in the 80s, I attempted the thermostat and the air did not work. I contacted the agent and she instucted how to clean the unit. There was no unit. The agent declared that the entire unit must have been stolen and to call the police and my insurance. The residence did not ever have central air. Bad faith, false advertising, fraud.

Extremely rude and problematic. Will argue with you about anything and doesn't follow through on half her showings. I would recommend a bottle of shampoo to sell your house over her. Lots of attitude, unprofessional, and expects you to accommodate her but feels she doesn't owe you the same accommodation. 2 time my wife took off work early to help me get the dogs out of the house for a showing and we were given no notice that the showing wasn't happening. We have 3 dogs and 2 of them like to fight with each other so they have to be separated. Its a complicated process to get all three somewhere. And she never bothered to say anything or give notice. Would give 0 stars if it were possible. DO NOT LET HER SELL YOUR HOUSE OR MANAGE ANYTHING PROPERTY RELATED.
