We’ve been banking with Commerce Bank for 35 years, we have never had a problem. I would suggest a bank in West Wichita as well as more ATMs

I love this branch! The staff always greet me by name whether I’m in the drive through or come in. They are so helpful and and quick!

My bank. It is usually not crowded, and the personnel are very pleasant. I got my check card replaced in 20 minutes. I have banked there since 2007.

Great Customer Service - I've been a customer for about 6 months and the customer service is top notch. Staff is friendly and always greet me with a smile.

I edited my original post. I was going to cancel all accounts and go back to Fidelity due to multiple misinformation.

Jen helped me a lot and made things right. And said she'd fix the issues/inform people of the mistakes.

I was going to close my account today. But, so far I'm staying.

First and last visit to this branch. Not comforting to know that they kick their customers out the door at noon on Saturday. I hope other locations aren't so callous.

As I sat in the lobby trying to get simple questions answered about my loan, the entire office was in a board room having a party. Tried to call and no one at that branch could answer simple loan questions and return calls were non-existent. Had to call another branch to get my questions answered.

Horrible customer service! Ended up closing out my business account, personal accounts, and children savings account. Commerce bank is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had!!!
