Cambridge Family Dentistry

I have dentures that are implants and I have been wearing them for about two years. I am very pleased with the look of my teeth. All of the staff at Cambridge Family Dentistry have been wonderful. They have been very professional, caring, kind, and friendly. I have always been treated with respect, and they have always solved any problems I've had. Cambridge Family Dentistry is the best place to get your teeth fixed in Wichita. Excellence is their motto.

Check in was easy and I was called back just a few minutes later. Lindsey was great, as always. She's super personable, easy to talk to and if you have any dental anxiety, makes you feel at ease. She provides just the right amount of dental education, so it's easy to remember what she says and not get overwhelmed. The only thing I think they could improve is their parking, but I'm sure it's just as frustrating for them.

I was able to be seen for a toothache by Dr Polk within a couple of hours of calling them. As always, Dr Polk and his hygienist were kind, and patient answering all concerns, and giving options without rushing. I was referred to Wichita Endonics for further evaluation and treatment. After a consultation there and being given an opinion for a procedure, I found I had more questions about my choices. I called Cambridge and spoke to another nice lady about my concerns. Even though she was able to give me the info I needed, I received a call back from Dr Polk a couple of hours later. He spent 15 or 20 minutes, answering questions, further explaining the procedure and why it was needed, and assisting me in deciding the best course of treatment. I have been a patient at Cambridge for many years. I have seen a couple of other doctors on an emergency basis in the group, as well. They are always willing to work with you to get you the care needed. Everyone in this office has always been friendly, kind, patient and most importantly, knowledgeable and competent in their care for patients

Jen was very nice and thorough. My mother just moved here from KC and the office is right in front of her apartment which made it very convenient. Dr. Pinkston was very nice and didn’t put mom through unnecessary work. Very happy with our first visit.

I've been a patient of Dr. Polk's for several years. I've had crowns, fillings and a root canal and never once experienced pain or discomfort. Dr. Polk makes you feel comfortable and he has a great sense of humor. Every employee loves working for him which shows in the way they all interact together. No better dentist anywhere!

Came in for a 2nd opinion consult because I lost confidence in a different organization. These guys blew me away with their professionalism and knowledge and willingness to explain. I'll never go back to the other place again. The difference was huge and both my Wife and I left feeling like we understood the situation so much better. I can't express how impressed I was.

I always have a great experience everytime I go in for my routine check ups and cleanings! Crystal is always positive and upbeat plus she does a great job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Polk has a pretty good sense of humor and is good to work with also. Definitely a great staff and I've never had a bad experience in all the years I've been going there! No place else I'd go for all my dental needs!

Absolutely the most amazing dentist office we have all ever been too. Thank u so much for your all you have done to make us veterans n spouses absolutely feel so loved. I've searched for several years for a dentistry that shows they genuinely care for their patients and doesn't milk them for their money. This is the place! Dr. Smith and his team have gone above and beyond to look after their patients and I leave each appointment with confidence because of the genuineness and professional dental care I receive.

I have been a patient with Cambridge Family Dentistry for more than five years. I have had a number of procedures necessary to get my dental health where it should be. All have been extremely successful. I have never had a single complaint about the dentists, hygienists or office staff. We were referred to Cambridge Family Dentistry by a family member for my mother’s care. Taking a chance on the recommendation, I drove my mother two hours from Oklahoma for a consultation and subsequent care.

Dr. Rheem Hussein is the absolute best dentist. She is the most beautiful person - inside and out. My mother has struggled with a lifelong dental phobia and Dr. Hussein was so careful and gentle with my mother, I just sat with tears in my eyes knowing how much she was helping her sort through not only dental issues, but coming to terms with long term anxiety associated with dentists.

I’ve seen my mother’s confidence blossom with her new smile and I realized how much Rheem had to do with making the appointments something my mother looked forward to instead of dreading and/or putting her dental appointments off. I adore Dr. Hussein and the front office staff and dental assistants are full of equal parts fun and kindness.

A couldn’t imagine going anyplace else for dental care. Everyone at Cambridge Dentistry is extremely kind and very professional. The dentist and hygienist or very knowledgeable about dental care. Someday I’ll move out of state, but I’ll still return to Cambridge for my dental care.

I made an appointment with Dr. Reem R. Hussein. Had major infection and broken teeth. I have a sever fear of dentist. I found myself in her chair . Feeling so comfortable and truly cared about. She is so calming made me feel safe. Her attention to my needs and her compation for my fears is something I have never had before. I will be continuing my care plan with no hesitation or fear. I had my first dental appt in 47 years today because one of my wisdom teeth is broken and a nerve is exposed. I had a lot of anxiety, being worried about pain, bad memories from 47 years ago, and the embarrassment about the condition of my oral health. Dr. Pinkston and Maddie were concerned only about helping me. No judgment whatsoever. I’m really thankful for that; because, with my history, they have no idea what it took for me to ask for help.

Dr Smith and his assistant were great. They got me in for an emergency appointment within a couple of hours of calling and got me out of pain. They was very nice polite caring and took great care of all my needs. Will be definitely returning and becoming a long term patient and referring to anyone I know looking for a dentist.
