Mrs. Shawn was very nice and easy to work with. She helped every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and a good salesperson. Ms. Georgia was friendly upon checkout and when I spoke with her earlier in the day. I will be back to purchase more. Lords will.

I was in and out of this Ashley Furniture store in 20 minutes. Our awesome sales associate, Justin, met us at the door and was incredibly knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for, and he found me exactly what I wanted! He got us checked out quickly and we were on our way to pick up our new tv stand. Thanks so much, Justin!

He answered all our questions and was helpful throughout initial contact at the store and when we came back into purchase the following business day. Would definitely recommend working with him! Tracy was fantastic! She stayed after the store closed, helped us measure the item we were wanting, showed us ways we could change it up, and even helped us pick out pillows based on our current decor. Elijah was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn’t rush the sale or pressure me into anything. I arrived not knowing well what kind of couch I wanted, but using my feedback to his questions, he patiently helped me narrow it down. It was a very comfortable sales experience as the customer.

Getting a reclining sofa set at Ashley Furniture in East Wichita was a pleasant experience. MaKayla Jackson, the sales associate, was great - knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The sofa set itself is comfortable and of good quality. Overall, a positive shopping experience.

Cambridge was amazing! He was extremely patient with us as we decided on the best fit for our current needs and wants. He was a pleasant salesperson and never once was overbearing. He let us leave the premises without buying and when we were ready to purchase we knew we would return to him. If you are looking for quality service and an honest salesperson, go see Cambridge! Thanks to all 6 salesperson that helped along the way including the moving guys today. A special thanks to Scott for understanding my issues!!! Scott, thank you for making it right when Ashley online wouldn't sell me the furniture. I was extremely distressed about the issues and Scott made it right. Thank you for being patient with me and helping me navigate through these problems. Ican't wait to receive my new furniture. When I use my furniture I will always remember the wonderful experience I shared with Ashley forever. I don't know if you receive commissions but you all deserve massive raises!!! Only went to go "look" at some recliners that we would probably be purchasing in near future. Makayla from the E Kellogg, Wichita store was very helpful, funny and knowledgeable of the furnishings. She guided us around to look at items with ease. Due to her wonderful personality, knowledge, and ability to get us a great deal, we ended up purchasing several pieces that day! Loved the other staff that we interacted with as well!

Very good experience. Went in looking for a good leather recliner. So impressed with quality and looks ended up buying couch and two recliners and lamps. Good value and got interest free financing for 60 months.

Margo was amazing and very was to deal with. Great customer service and knowledgeable on the products. Made the purchase very pleasant.

Moe rocks! He greeted us when we arrived at the store. Then he helped us with a Sofa and shelf we purchased. He let us know when something was on sale. He was able to help multiple customers but he always acknowledged us when he was a little busy. Then Amanda checked us out and she was super friendly too!
