AT&T Store

Best customer service experience I ever had! Took less than 20 min to activate a phone I bought from elsewhere and answered all my questions about plans and services!! Coral the salesperson was very capable and helpful. Recommended to anyone fed up with family mobile or any other service provider that just does not care about your business! Thankyou!

My Husband and I were in on Sunday August 20th to get help with his new I-phone 13. His current phone was a much older one and we had not been able to get the transfer to complete. Jo-Lin was so helpful to us and very patient. We just want the management to know that she gave us great customer service and we have always had great service at this location and will be back for all of our AT&T needs.

I went in with a phone issue with my disabled sister. Darren the store employee made the experience amazing! He set her up with a new phone, screen protector, and head phones. He was patient and very kind. He joked around with us and made the overall ordeal pleasant. Matter of fact - this was the best experience I have EVER had at an AT &T or with customer service! Kudos to him!

AT&T has always been great to me. Kind friendly and helpful for all my questions I have for them when I have a problem or need help.

I can't thank store manager Velbert Whitfield enough for spending 7 hours working with me over the course of 2 days cleaning up the mess that was made by the call center trying to port over 4 lines from Puretalk to ATT. His patience and persistence left me with a much better impression of ATT. He deserves a bonus! I will always make changes in store rather than over the phone in the future! Thanks V for your amazing customer service!

Went in to upgrade, assisted by Eric and V and they both were amazing help! We have a very energized 2 year old who was starting to get antsy and Eric and V did what they could to make us all comfortable the whole time we were there. V even entertained her while we bought new Apple Watches!

Taylor provided amazing guest experience and went above and beyond to make sure to help me with closing out an account and fixing my phone problems.

I was very impressed by Amber. She is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and efficient. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart in picking out a phone, service plan, and finding promos that benefited me. The store itself is also nice and has a lot of inventory 👍

Justice was phenomenal! His manager Vilbert was amazing as well!!!! If you have at&t needs this is the store to come to! They make things as easy as possible even with difficult people like me!!!! :-)

Darian & Harrison helped my daughter & I the most. They both made us feel right at home & solved our issues with our new phones with no problems. AT&T is lucky to have them as employees!

A family affair but flat out the best Customer Service I have ever experienced. I came in 10 mins before close. My phone had been stolen, with little more than any hope to make this situation better,. The staff and their Manager (Andrew) holy cow!!!!! Not only did they reassure me ( repeatedly) they would make things better. Their excellence in their product knowledge, compassion to what had happened and their patience to turn such a bad event to leaving me with a smile. I actually felt safe, I felt secure, it was like I was family to them. They coordinated their efforts to get me into a new phone, worked me into a better performance plan, all while comforting me with the trauma of the stolen phone. Talent! The manager swung into action and directed his team and it was done! Taken care of, even a few laughs along the way. In any service I have never, ever, experienced such professional expertise in a field and their compassion, communication skills, and team effort was a direct reflection of their lead, the Manager (Andrew). I owe these guys, they are supermen and women in Blue!!! Just "wow"!!!! can't thank this team enough, Bravo AT&T Kellogg?Greenwich, BRAVO! AT&T, your manager Andrew, impeccable service. Hands down, BRAVO!

The best service ever! Have been to a lot of AT&T stores lately an this bar none is the very best! Kind, courteous, and extremely helpful! Got my issue resolved and also was told of upgrades to make my bill lower! Thank you Alfredo!

I went to the store at 96 and Rock and had an absolutely terrible experience, including being told that Verizon had better deals and being lied to about inventory. I left and went to Kellogg and Greenwich and the customer service was incredible. V and Darian problem solved and helped me get the phone I wanted, despite me being lied to at the other store about their inventory. I’ll definitely only be using this AT&T store from now on.

I had an exceptional experience with sales associate Sondra. She has excellent customer service skills. I walked in with some questions about my phone service. I was promptly greeted with a smile and she quickly and professionally answered my questions. I felt comfortable and was never pressured. I will definitely be back for my future phone service needs.

Walked in, was first greeted by the manager who was very friendly and started helping me until one of the employees became available. Johnny helped me out and made the process extremely quick, helped me set up my phone and taught me how to transfer data from my old one. Also helped me decide on the type of case I wanted/needed. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would give both of these employees an A+ and this has been the best experience I’ve had at this store so far. Can’t wait to come back for my upgrade.

This location is a corporate store and 100% better than our experience at the Authorized dealer we went to yesterday. Same company but far better experience. Juan new his stuff inside out. Very happy with his service. We will only go to this location for now on, off Greenwich and Kellogg.

Eric and Sondra are the best! I’m very technically challenged and they walked my wife and I through the process step-by-step. Saved us money and got us on the correct plan. And took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our phones etc. First class establishment I will only go to this location!
