Service was awesome and I couldn't believe the Buy 1 get 1 Free deal on the boots. Not to mention the customer service was top notch as well. I was really overwhelmed when I went in and the gal that walked me through everything was super helpful.

Found the boots,I have been looking/shopping for for weeks, the only store in wichita that had them and the bonus was they had them buy one get one free. Not only that they were priced $90 less then what I used to pay for them. I used to pay $265 for 1 pair, but here they were only priced at $190 for 1 pair, but with their promotion buy 1 get 1 free, I was able to get 2 pairs for that lower price of only $190. Toby Austin is a great guy! We came in and the boots we had on hold had accidentally been put back on the shelf. Toby went above and beyond to find the exact pair and size of the boots we wanted as well as making the experience great! My kids really enjoyed talking to him and he really helped the whole experience! This man deserves a raise!!!

Great selection of boots, and more boots. If you are into the western wear thing, this is absolutely a go to place. There are just some things that you have to buy in person.

I’ve always loved this store. LARGE selection of boots, clothes and hats. Everything from work clothes to fun clothes.

They have Country, Leather, Jeans Boots etc... merchandis. The men's side has a gentleman who educates and fits their boots he also steams and fits hats all customers... (very worth meeting and if you work there learn from him!!!)
He has a beautiful personality...
We came in to buy and he knew that, but he didn't force or over sell and he picked up that something was wrong, this was important, he stayed open just for us to get just the right ones...

We got the perfect ones they are comfortable, look good and made him happy...
Dangles helped at a time when nothing was helping and words you just do not hear...

Spacious store. It is very well stocked on boots, cowboy hats and other western clothes.

I haven't been there in years because of highway construction, but finally got to go for jeans for my pixee daughter. Tried Walmart, Target and every store in Town East and could not find a single pait to fit (size 4). Dandales had the perfect size. Bought 4 pair. And 4 pair of boots!
The service was marvelous and friendly.

My daughter wanted boots for her 40th birthday and she couldn't be happier. The lady assisting her was incredibly patient and helpful. There was a staggering range of designs and the buy one pair, get a second pair free deal couldn't be beat!

The only thing I disliked was that no one was wearing a mask. I know rules have been lifted but a business should care more for the safety of their customers and employees. If the store weren't so large and open and if other customers had been present, we would have walked right back out.

Very nice staff. They treated my little one like a king! Very knowledgeable and willing to help us get just the right boots. Jana was very helpful and Toby was very patient and helpful too! Great store and they have boots made in the USA! Awesome service.

Awesome staff, have bought several pairs from simple to exotic. They not only help find the right boot for you, they will adjust it, teach you how to clean and maintain them too. Great deals, great options, happy customer!

Just wanted to give a shout out to this store and their staff. Hailie was absolutely awesome. She was polite. She was respectful and had a good sense of understanding to my situation. She was accommodating and definitely not intrusive in anyway. She was a person just simply trying to help. She listened to what my needs were while I was there and gave her feedback off of what I was interested in. I think that's important to note. She wasn't trying to sell me anything but merely complimenting my shopping experience and preference. She was also very patient.

Hailie, thank you. I didn't get the opportunity to speak to your boss and give you kudos but I hope this is the next best thing. I didn't realize you were the Assistant Manager until after I was checking out when I asked who the manager was.

I was there to buy my 10 year old daughter her first pair of Cowgirl Boots. I've been sitting on this for 2 years. I'm not country and we live in a city on the East Coast. No farms here specifically where I live. We do travel and enjoy the country though very much. It was time to buy.

Hailie made my first experience great! Won't ever forget it. She was awesome! I will be sure to mention on Christmas morning to my daughter that her name is uniquely spelled similar to hers.

The storefront was nice. Loved the Christmas tree right in front. Also the store was easy to navigate. Didn't have anyone hovering over me. Clean and organized.

So... Shout out from the East Coast to the heart of America. Thank you Hailie. You rock! Next time I visit Wichita I will for sure come back and buy something for myself. Daughters come first though!

To anyone that took the time to read this. Avoid that retail barn place. Overated. I spent 20 minutes there and couldn't wait for the opportunity to get out. Customer experience was.... Well. I'll leave it at that.

The customer service was great. The staff helped me find a nice pair of boots that I love. Access is easy off eastbound 54/400/E Kellogg. It is handicapped accessible with plenty of room between clothes racks. Thanks Dandale's for a pleasant shopping experience.

I went in during the buy 1 get 1 boot sale to get myself a pair of boots and a pair to gift. The staff was awesome and very helpful explaining the different types and helping me figure out what boots to get for the giftee. I was there for an hour and a half trying on boots for myself trying to pick the right ones and they were always ready to help and very patient. I appreciate the heck out of that.

Right now there's a boot sale buy a pair of boots get another pair free. And folks there's quite a selection. Nice Western wear, belts, wallets dresses, purse's.and of course jeans @. $19.00 wow. It's a fun place to shop and fairly expensive but not overly so .The staff jumps to help you and doesn't follow you around. It's a truly hidden gem.

My daughter was looking for the perfect boots for her wedding and the staff here is the best you'll ever get! They made our experience fun and we ended up with 6 pairs of boots! Lol Dont bother going anywhere else!
