We love bringing our boys to Optimal! Dylan is an excellent trainer. He understands our goals and how to achieve them. The staff are all very friendly and are flexible with scheduling needs. We would definitely recommend Optimal Performance, especially to young athletes.

Amazing gym. Filled with state of the art equipment and extremely knowledgeable trainers. Not many other gyms like this in Wichita.
