Subaru Service

We drove more than 200 miles to bring our Subaru here and it was the best service we have ever had from any service station. Thanks to Cat and her team, we will always come back.

This is my 2nd purchase from subaru! I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. I felt valued as a customer, which is a hard thing to find now a days. One of the best auto service experiences I've had in a very long time. Everybody that I interacted with was very knowledgeable and very professional. I definately enjoyed the video that was sent from the Technician who performed the work on my card.

Our experience with Subaru of Wichita service department, has always been great! They always greet me upon arrival and confirms of the service being done for our vehicles! They text you to let you know if you need anything you can text them back with your concerns. They are very courteous and welcoming! They also send videos of the service of your vehicle to show you the new oil filter installed and the air filters needed to be changed or anything else if needed or areas that need worked on. Plus a video of the undercarriage of your vehicle. To again show you any concerns of wear or not of the vehicle. They give their recommendations on what concerns that are at hand and how soon you might need to get it taken care of. They really provide a great all around experience! Thank you!

They washed my car! And I only went in for an oil change! They checked out all the fluids for me, and told me what I needed for my tune up.
Will definitely come back!

I always thought my experience there was good, but after having my car worked on at Midwest Kia (I own a Kia Optima), I've come to realize that Subaru of Wichita's service dept is excellent! They're friendly, and have different amenities for customers (Coke Freestyle machine, popcorn popper, fresh baked cookies). The person that services your vehicle takes a video, to show if you need new filters, show fluid levels, etc. They also text you with updates. The only downside, for me personally, is the drive all the way to Kellogg and Greenwich. But that's just me being nitpicky.

Great service on my wife’s Jeep .

Great service. Bought a used Subaru from out of state. Had airbag recall so I took it in. Scheduled routine maintenance for that following week and used a loaner for the day while they worked on the baja. Total for expenses was quite lower than expected for car dealership. The service team did a great job taking care of us and our first Subaru. Thank you to Jeff Rush,

This place is always great. Scott Thomas does a great Job with making you feel at ease. Prices are fair and I always feel like they took really good care of me. No pressure atmosphere.
