Definitely the better side of Waterman to live.

Visited a friend who lives there. Cleanliness was impressive & my friend is happy with the overall property.

Great place. Cleanest & almost cheapest in town. Difficult to get everything done with management, like needing street lights.

This community is pretty nice. The lots are kept nice, the shelter/mailroom/clubhouse is clean and we'll lit. Do wish there was street lighting. There is a walking path. Overall the best mobile home community in Wichita.👍👍👍

Just because the store name is near the drive doesn't mean that the store is on that side of the complex. We were going to Petco and turned into the drive where the name was. We ended up going ALL the way across, thru 2 stop signs, windy drives, and crazy drivers to get to the store.

Kimberly is very rude I called and ask if they had any properties available she tells me no we don’t have anything for rent I said I never said anything about renting I asked if you had any properties available and she rudely says no we don’t have anything I had sent a message originally before and she responds like this

Your message below asked if we had any 3bd 2ba? I stated “no we don’t”.

We don’t have any homes available for rent or for sale.
She was very short and rude through phone call and email

Very bad management. They want you to rent a lot and then tell you what color carport you can have, knowing it would not match your house. Crazy.
