Park Village-Mobile Home Park

I moved in in June and it’s been a great experience the ladies in the office Jeri and Danni are extremely friendly and nice. They helped make my transition from KC back to Wichita very smoothly with move in. The neighbors are also friendly and it’s a quiet area.

I lived there for 47 years in the last 10 years it has been the worst I have ever seen it. Most the homes in there are very run down the park ia under half full. It switched ownership over and over this last time they raised ther rent $525.00 over a $200.00 increase plus Administration fees plus trash plus water. Wow so I moved to a better park for less money do not move in there unless you just want to give money for nothing by the way I was never late on rent not once they told me if I didn't like to move so I DID THANK GOD!!!

I want to give zero stars on this review. The office staff is ruid does nothing for there tenants. The maintenance guys are always sitting at the office not doing any work around the park. I stopped one of them a few weeks ago by the shelter. He(wouldn't give me his name) we will call him lazy red truck guy. Found out his name is Johnathan I asked around, apparently he is a maintenance supervisor LMAO. What are you supervising sitting in the office all day. I had a concern about the leveling of my mom's home. He said I need to hire someone. I understand that jack azz a suggestion would of been great. Ruid azz. I have witnessed a lot of stuff truck loads of products coming in to park,but no work being done. We are forced to pay higher Lot Rent to have lazy office staff and ruid lazy maintenance guys. The owners really need to look in to who they have hired to run things for them as Geri the manager and the other lady Dani who when we go in is on her cell phone all the time as well as maintenance staff all need to be replaced. They never answer the phones. There always saying phones are down or some other excuse when you go up to the office. We had no water a few weeks ago for days on end. We where promised that park would be cleaned up and improvements. With nothing being done. We as tenants forced to look at large dumpsters sitting empty by the office.that we are forced to pay for. The sister park it looks amazing,lawns kept up,no trash lying around and how I know I drove thru. You can tell the difference between office staff as well as maintenance over there. I called over there and asked if they knew anyone who levels home that is affordable. The nice woman gave me a phone number. We are on the schedule for leveling next week. Thank you Darcie you was very helpful and so polite you didn't even hesitate you gave the number immediately.. I have many friends in lifestyle and they used to complain. Not any longer. They are all very happy with the improvements. As well as with staff working hard for them. Maybe owners need to look in to all this before they have a empty mobile home park. Just saying.

I'm not sure if it is new management or owners that caused it, but calling Park village a dump would be an insult to actual dumps. It was nice at one point and had rules to keep it that way, but now you can easily see they are gone. There are piles of trash and furniture behind homes. Every other space is empty, and out of the few trailers remaining, most are extremely dilapidated. They did take down the rotten wood fence and replace it with a nice stone and rod iron fence, which gives a nice unobstructed view of the rotting trailers, overgrown yards, and the trash piles.

I live in this park under new management now. I have not had a great experience with them I would recommend a different park. I am actually in the process of selling my home and lot rent is ridiculous. They bumped it up to 525 a month I used to pay 400 which is still way too much for lot rent if you ask me.

I GIVE this a ZERO!!!!!! Worst place to live... water shut off every 3 days... which mess up our home plumbing....... Staff awful rude...
