Dillons Pharmacy

Really friendly pharmacists & convenient to have filled while shopping. They’ve totally gone the extra mile calling around to doctors offices when anything has been weird with our prescriptions or we’ve had to refill early due to travel.

Definitely recommend this pharmacy!! Jeff and his staff are awesome 👍😁 will help you with questions and concerns,,I definitely give this pharmacy a 5 star rating!!!!!

I am totally impressed with the service & people I experience at this Dillion’s Pharmacy. I recently moved to the north part of Lawrence, very near the other Dillions, but am continuing to use this across town location due to the care & concern I receive from them.

Always very helpful. Pharmacists and assistants very knowledgeable and always willing to answer your questions.

I needed a specific brand of medicine because of the list of inert ingredients that did not cause an allergic reaction. Even though it was no longer available, Andrew went above and beyond to locate a manufacturer that made a comparable medicine. Thank you

I have had numerous issues with this pharmacy. Their pharmacy tech, Ryan, is especially rude and incompetent. I have to demand he ask for help, even after months of him working there. They entered my insurance wrong in a way that it was trying to bill me to a completely different insurance company, charging me co-pays that I absolutely should not be paying. When I mention to them that the document attached to my prescription seems to indicate that my insurance was entered wrong and should be changed, they told me I needed to contact my insurance company about it. There is no reason I need to call my insurance company before they double check their records against my insurance card.

you would be shocked that pharmacists actually have to go to school from the way these guys conduct themselves, they have never once given me the correct prescription the first time. if it's an issue of what you can legally give me, make sure the rest of your staff knows that since that means they've broken the law several times to give me my CORRECT prescription

Usually very professional and helpful, but recently they have people who have no idea what is going on or what they need to be doing and “couldn’t tell me” why it was that one employee relays wrong information to me in regards to medication and having this one bald man talk to me like I’m a drug seeker when I ask about a NON NARCOTIC medication that “he has decided to control” (gabapentin) they are clearly lacking communication and cohesion and I hope they figure it out, it used to be a great pharmacy!

I wish I could rate this pharmacy ZERO STARS! My god...... I have never encountered such utter rudeness at any pharmacy until this particular one! I only stopped at this one instead of the other Dillon's I get my scripts filled at because I was closer to the far West 6th one and I only had 30 minutes before they close. They refused to refill my script as he told me I am coming in at the last minute. I WAS LIVID!!!

Never going back to this pharmacy again. I went in asking for one thing, over the counter Mucinex, because that's what my doctor told me to go get. The pharmacist REFUSED to give it to me. She kept pointing me toward the mucinex in the aisle as though she didn't know what "Over the Counter" meant or perhaps she wasn't listening to a word that came out of my mouth. Absolutely ridiculous when I can literally see the box I needed behind the counter.
