I purchased a small TV this evening. Deacon was the sales associate. He was amazing. I’m a senior citizen with no tech skills. Deacon told me exactly what to do. I walked out of the store confident that I knew how to set up my TV

Geek Squad subscription is worth the time and money! And I appreciate the blue shirts!
My 8 yr. old laptop needed a geek squad intervention; it wasn't staying powered up to download new security. Making the geek squad appt through the website was time-consuming and not easy; however, when I did get through, the gentleman was quite polite and worked hard to bridge the communication gap between us. At the appt., the attendant did a check and gave me the bad news but also said he could retrieve my data from the hard drive but not the apps that were on it. He informed that since we pay the yearly subscription, Best Buy had extra discounts on many of the models in-house and to find a "blue-shirt" for help locating one. Of course, they were busy this Friday after Thanksgiving, but I approached the gentlemen in the Apple products section for help in the Android section, which he kindly did. He was keen with his questions and my needs! Thanks, Mr. Blue Shirt! Geek Squad kept the new laptop to transfer my data to the new. They had it ready on Saturday despite all the busyness of holiday shopping! I got a laptop with a terabyte of storage w/ 16g of ram vs. the disc with the needle on the old HP w/ I don't remember how much storage and ram for much less than prices had been without the hassle of setting up new one. Plus, they recycled my old laptop, meaning I didn't have to drag it home and spend time finding and dropping off the remnants and paying a recycling center.

Went in to purchase Roku devices and arrange an in-home appointment with the Geek Squad. Accomplished both with minimal effort. The person who helped us with the Roku devices was knowledgeable and patient. Although we don't go to electronic stores frequently, Best Buy has become our store of choice.

I bought the Galaxy S23 Ultra at Samsung Home Marketplace and received it immediately here. And there is an electronics repair shop (Geek) in the store.

We had awesome customer service, a young man named Tin helped us for 2 hours. Setting up my granddaughters MacBook. I highly recommend Best buy and their wonderful employees. This was yesterday 9/24/23.

They knew exactly what I wanted when I said I want a 12 V cable connector kit. They walked right to it, handed it to me, and I was out in less than three minutes. Doesn’t get any better than that.

There are some fantastic things that you can think of inside of this store like for an example I have been looking for a washer and dryer setup that is one unit and they had exactly what I was looking for and it was at a very reasonable price. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs any appliances or electronics

The Columbia store manager was exceptional in that he corrected an error with an online purchase. The geek squad delivery and set up team were professional and thorough. The sales team in tv and computers were very good at explaining differences and patience was so much appreciated. Geek squad in store was also very helpful. Although I was really mad they left Jefferson City the customer service with the purchase of our 75" TV and mac pro I recently purchased have made me less irritated at the drive to como.

Jacob was quick to help and very knowledgeable in the home security field. Though I was overwhelmed at all of the options, he helped to narrow down exactly what I needed versus trying to sell me the most expensive package. Much appreciated!

Was looking for a TV we finally got.some help found nice toshiba with fire stick and Was looking at cameras and found out they have more coffee makers on display than cameras

The tech that helped me was very helpful more than AT&T tax I went to two stores they could not figure it out but Best Buy done it in 2 minutes

First time stopping here to grab an open box laptop for work. Went in and all employees were great, and helped find one of the models I wanted. If I'm ever driving through and need electronics, this best buy will be my first stop.

This review relates to the Geek Squad personnel and services in-person at the Columbia, MO Best Buy. The staff were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. After using the Best Buy Geek Squad Online Chat and chatting with representatives that steered me wrong and gave me incorrect information regarding compatible products with my computer, the in-person Geek Squad personnel were able to provide accurate and correct information. They helped me to learn more about available compatible products that would improve the functionality of my 6 year old computer that was running slow. They performed the repair services in a reasonable amount of time (a few days). Despite having very high demand for their services and very busy schedules, I was treated with respect and kindness and did not feel rushed during my initial appointment or at any point in the process. While their services come at a price of course, I would 10/10 recommend this particular location for Geek Squad services based on the quality experience I had and the knowledge of the Geek Squad personnel. My 6-year old computer now functions even better than when I first bought it, thanks to installation of a new type of hard drive and more RAM memory. Thanks to the Geek Squad in Columbia, MO for helping restore my sanity after dealing with an incredibly slow computer for years!

I bought some printers ink here cheaper then on line . I looked around this place has alot of electronic stuff

Came here for a TV we saw online. Conveniently enough, the TV was about 10 feet inside the main door. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Quickest TV purchase I've made all my life lol

Employees are always nice and knowledgeable. My favorite electronics store that's close to me. Best thing is they match online prices, so do a little looking around before shelling out any cash.

Was in search of a Nintendo Switch JoyCon controller holder, went to a closer big box since I walk and it said in sock but wasn't. Best Buy was open, they didn't have any either!

Until a very nice employee went to check for me. They found me the last one in stock! Great store and great employees, always a great experience here.
