I drove an hour and a half, almost two hours to bring a friend to the mall to work, and the awesomely awesome workers here said I could sit here and relax while my friend is working at a different store. So thanks to them I don't have to sit in my car and I don't have to drive around and kill time.

The staff here is super friendly, really nice, and very helpful. Definitely recommend coming here.... Honestly it's one of my top book stores I like to come to.

Barnes & Noble is a favorite place to go for my family. I am not sure we have ever walked through without buying something. The kids section stop my wife everytime and she HAS to buy our son another book every time. They have a great selection of board games as well.

I love the variety of books and toys; there's something for everyone! Starbucks inside the store is an added bonus!

Nice selection. Discount record selection isn't that great, but can find a gem every now and then.

Clean, employees are extremely friendly and can help with any needs. One of the places in the mall I enjoy going to very much, they have a large selection of books for anyone. History, Religion, fiction, non fiction, manga, board games, Legos. Something for everyone

The only thing I didn't care for was security CPD K9 cop following you around, like you're some sort of criminal. Like isn't people not allowed to just walk around and admire what they have or just snoop and take pics of stuff you're going to buy on the next pay day if too expensive for today.

Never experienced that before and yes I had bags but I shopped in the mall part before running into them. Other than that I love the store.

Also before i get attacked again, I wasn't doing anything wrong, so I wasn't concerned. It's just the point of being followed creeped me out and made me jump a few times. Just PTSD. At least now I know and next time won't be so surprised. They must have a lot of thefts in barns n noble to hire a Columbia police department officer to come in to keep an eye. Plus he was part of the K9 unit. So it must be bad. I would love to have his job.

Don't sleep on B&N! So many cute toys, children's gifts and crafts, and so many books and journals for like less than $10. Definitely worth looking into for Christmas, especially if you have kiddos, nieces and nephews. Or just a fun vibe to roam and shop.

Knowledgeable staff! Directed us directly to where we needed to be. Everything was well stocked, displayed, and tidy!

Absolutely lovely! The selection is huge, atmosphere is great. You can spend an entire day here and you will never know how time passed. Wish I had discovered them earlier.

Took my granddaughter to pick out something with her gift card. She found a couple of graphic novels. I then took her to the library where she found two more books with her library card.

Great collection of books of all types & for all ages. An area of toys and puzzles (very tempting) & a small relaxing area where you can enjoy coffee & a snack. Very pleasant staff.

A wonderful bookstore that provides an escape from the Columbia Mall. It's a great place to unwind and get lost in a good book. There is also a B&N Cafe inside, which serves Starbucks coffee and other goodies. The line was somewhat long, but they were quick. Overall, an excellent place to spend some free time.

They didn't have the book on violins that I was looking for, but it's always fun to visit B&N.

Always a great selection. Well organized, plenty of room between shelves. Always clean. Friendly, knowledgeable who are will to help and offer help before being asked. If they don't have what you are looking for they offer assistance in ordering for pickup locating where to obtain it. Not just books, can find something for anyone and everyone.

Nice place. Nice atmosphere. And... AWESOME Starbucks 😃. This Starbucks is bussin! They have awesome workers there. 10/10 definitely recommend.
