The Domain at Columbia

I lived at the Domain for about 2.5-3 years, I lived in 3 different units throughout this time, and dealt with multiple new management teams, from 2019-2022, and loved everything about it! The amenities are amazing and I highly suggest taking advantage of them. Staff was always so helpful and knew me well throughout my time there so they made me feel super comfortable asking questions. Maintenance is amazing. If you submit a ticket, you will likely get help within 24-48 hours. I think this place is great and never had a major issue in all that time. It really feels like home!

My only concern is there should be a little better security. My car was broken into a few times while living here. I just recommend double checking your car is locked, and not leaving anything of value in your car. Toward the end of my time I noticed they had hired patrol security cars to drive around at night and monitor the parking lot. Not sure if that made much of a difference but awesome that they took that step.

This is my first year at the domain and I love it! The amenities are insane, I use the gym everyday and having a tanning bed right down stairs is so convenient for me. Whenever me and my roommates have an issue or something needs to get fixed they are so quick to come and help. I would recommend anyone to live here!!

First off I want to give a huge shout out to the management team. They’ve been nothing but wonderful to communicate with while living here. Amanda and Jeff (the managers) actually care about their residents and it shows. Also the property is just beautiful and the maintenance team is very responsive and fast with work orders. The leasing agents always greet me with a warm welcome and answer phones with so much kindness. Lastly, the management team has recently been throwing the best events and everything about the Domain just makes me feel like this is a place to call home.

My son lives at The Domain this year. He is the apartment amenities, the pool, the view outside his room window of the trees and the location near the highway. The main office staff has always been helpful and supportive. Today, I spoke with Kyla...she was great! Kyla was professional and provided great customer service! Keep up the great work!

I have lived at the domain for 3 years. All the workers are very kind and attentive, the rooms and amazing - I have never slept in a more comfortable bed- and having the pool is such a great plus! Hoping to live here for my 3rd year in a row! I definitely recommend The Domain for a great off campus apartment that is still 5 minute drive from classes!

I had such an amazing experience with Kyla when finding and subleasing available housing at The Domain. The location, amenities, and community were exactly what I was looking for. Since I transferred in the middle of the school year, I expected the search for housing to be difficult. However, my transition was swift and pleasant.

I have lived at the domain for almost 2 years now! For the most part I have no complaints! The staff is great, the amenities are great, and the resident activities are so fun! One downside I would say is that there are no cameras in the parking lot. Other than that I love it here!! Would recommend for student housing

The domain at columbia is a wonderful place to live with plenty of amenities. The apartments are very well kept up, and if you ever have any problems the maintenance team is very quick to come and fix whatever the issue is. Overall i’ve had a great experience at this apartment. My only complaint would be the wifi going out at times, but the wifi provider is getting changed and hopefully that fixes the problem!

I am a new resident at the domain and so far I have loved it here. I’m so glad I have the convenience to swim in a pool go to the gym and even use a golf simulator. The staff here is always helpful and actually cares about me!

I enjoy residing at the domain. From the amazing pool we get to enjoy during the summer months. To the amazing staff! You guys are great!

This will be my second year living here at the domain and to say i love it is an understatement! The amenities are awesome as well as the friendly staff. They plan awesome events and activities for us and are so welcoming. 10/10 would recommend

A hidden gem in Columbia Missouri! Beautiful pool it feels like you are on a resort. Staff is so nice. The club house is also so beautiful. Definitely recommend living here!

My friend Annie lives here and i really enjoy visiting the domain to spend time at the pool and the apartments are extremely nice and spacious. I will definitely keep this place in mind when choosing a place to live during college.

I have LOVED living at the domain. The gym, pool, rooms, people, and location are all perfect to me. I will for SURE be looking into living here again and at least telling everyone I know how amazing it is

I've really liked living at the domain so far and have already renewed my lease for another year. They just redid the club house so all of the amenities are nice and updated. The gym has new equipment, pool has new chairs, and the lounge area is beautiful1 The apartments are also nice and updated, it's a good deal compared to other complexes in the area. I would definitely recommend living here!

Everyone that I have called or emailed with inquiries before signing through move out has been very responsive and helpful. My son was lucky to have such a great place to live. It's like a resort with plenty of amenities and resident events throughout the year. Apartment was clean and very nice as well and everything runs smoothly. The people staffing and running this place in 2022 2023 are all top notch! So glad the other apartment complex he tried was full. I never worried about him being at this place.

Love the domain!! affordable rent not too far from campus. the club house and gym are great, i really like that they have a tanning bed! also the pool is so nice in the summer super great place to hangout. would definitely recommend living here ! also love my huge closet !

Such an amazing place!! They are very helpful for anything we need, the new clubhouse is amazing and I love the study area for when I’m needing a quiet environment. If you are looking for a place to live while going to school The Domain is the best! It’s very stress free, they take care of any issues you may have & are very helpful & polite! They have many giveaways, free food & other opportunities. They are always staying up to date with their residents!!
