Dillard's

When I walked in there was a lady asking if we needed help looking for something. She assisted in helping me find the makeup area. Emily in the clinique area did great in helping me find my perfect match for foundation and concealer. There was even a promo where I got a primer free for getting the foundation! Her service was wonderful, energetic, informative, and I learned so much. I will be back to visit her next time! So happy with my new look!

Great selection of bags. The sales representative was wonderful. Excellent customer service. The prices were also a great surprise, as many items that were on sale for a great savings.

The men’s clothing department is 100x better now that they renovated and opened up the second location. They have brands and styles that I used to have to Nordstrom in St. Louis to buy. Excited that we finally have a nice men’s clothing store in Columbia.

Columbia, Missouri is the nearest Dillard's store and worth the drive for items they carry!

Absolutely spectacular service. Joe in the mens suits department was amazing. Found a blazer in my size and helped me put together other items to coordinate. I'm a bigger guy so finding a good jacket usually costs me big time, not today.

Honestly impressive. Great merchandise selection and workers. Very helpful. Small point - men's store is separate from the main store. This is fine, but it is not clear on the easily accessible information about the location, so I parked and went in the main store and then had to walk a ways through the mall to the men's store.

Columbia is lucky to have this department store. There are always things on discount that are worth buying. I have had very good experience from all store attendants every time I go there. Iran from the fragrance section is always a pleasure to work with. Mohammed from the men's shoe dept is always very happy to help and offer suggestions and recommendations.

Bought shirts , slacks, and ties at 65 percent plus an additional 40 percent off. Great sale. Customer service was excellent as well. Louie took great care of us with choices and fitting of the outfits we bought.

Found some of my favorite dress shoes here. They've lasted a long time and are high quality. The gentleman who helped me try a few pairs was knowledgeable, professional and did not put pressure on me at all to make a purchase - great service!

My husband had bought me a pair of boots from here and they were defective. Being out of their exchange warranty I was worried these expensive boots would go to waste. Luckily an awesome younger man helped me out and was able to get me a replacement pair. Thank you so much to this awesome manager!

I have no words to say thank you to Sales man Anthony, really he did his job extremely well and spend almost an hour with me and my family. We left the store with all of our needed stuff with us which was nearly impossible without his help. Really he is supurb.....

Great variety of higher end clothing and housewares. I feel the prices are fair considering what you get. They have separate store for men and women. If you need a gift for wedding or luggage they have it in the men's side.

Didn't get the ladies name, but she spent almost an hour helping me select a fragrance I liked. When I found what I liked best, she suggested the best value for the money I was going to spend.

For Valentine's Day, my girlfriend and I went shopping at Dillard's The associates were all happy and eager to help us find what we wanted. They were also very knowledgeable about the products Dillard's sells. My girlfriend even had her makeup done by one of the young ladies at no cost. The store itself is well stocked, prices are reasonable, and it is very clean. It was nice to shop a real department store instead of a big box discount store We will certainly be returning soon!

My niece got a free makeover at the makeup department. She loved it! The staff was so nice and helpful. The makeover was free, but I spent A LOT of money on makeup. It is good quality and should last her for several events.

Love the men's suit department. Louie is the man. He will hook you right up with what you need. On the ball and keeps the place neat, tidy, tip top shape. Would recommend any man needing a suit to go here.

I came in to purchase two dresses and a pair of sandals for a wedding. The two ladies in both departments were super helpful and kind in helping me with finding options. Thank you both!
