Target

My only complaint is that they sell out of my favorite dairy free foods and snacks too quickly or don't order enough of them. Otherwise I absolutely love Target and they always have the cutest things with little hidden sales all over. You gotta really look for them though but it's worth it

Honestly this was the nicest, biggest, cleanest and just overall awesome target I have ever been to hands down. I was amazed at the sheer size of the store itself and I was impressed at how clean it was for store of that size. I remember standing with my girlfriend at the front of the store by the clearance seasonal stuff right inside the front doors and I simply couldnt believe how many people were just flooding into the store. I have been to some very busy stores before but this was on another level. It took me a minute to realize why but after a few minutes I realized why, on the side of the store i noticed an exit that fed straight out to the mall that it was connected to. I have never seen that before with a target but i liked it. the whole experience was great and i would go to that target again in a heartbeat.

The Columbia Mall Target is clean and well-run. Lots of stylish and seasonal items - one-stop for all my needs. Both cashiers and self-checkout available.

I have drive up picked up from Target several times and each has been so fast and so easy. The people are always polite. This last pick up I noticed the Starbucks option and they almost got me. That's a really nice add to the service that is already dang near perfect.

Target is the bomb you know what we get so much clothes here, and they're cheap and they last forever and the staff is always friendly, and it's just a really good atmosphere. I don't like the red color so much but I do like the clothing and the makeup and the lingerie and shoes oh my God like could you get any better for a girl

Target in Columbia was great. The lady at the Ulta Beauty counter was amazing!

Columbia Target has a mini Ulta inside with a small but convenient inventory.

I’m leaving a review of my local Target to specifically thank Ethan, a very nice young man with blonde hair who was at the store a few weeks ago when I stopped in. I actually thought his friend was an employee but it was Ethan who was a Target employee, even though he was off the clock. I wanted to know the price and availability of a sweater that I couldn’t find anywhere on the rack. Ethan and his friend were walking by and I stopped them, not knowing Ethan was off the clock. Even so, he took the time to scan the sweater on his phone and told me what was available and that I could order it from him if I wanted. He was a very professional and courteous young man who did not have to help me at all, as he wasn’t clocked in. I love my local Target even more now.

Always enjoy going to Target I prefer it over Walmart

Shop Target! Wish it was a Great Land-however much better than WalMart. Oh and if you are in Columbia MO know that the Starbucks is now located to the right as you walk in the main entrance and not very visible until checkout in case you would like one while shopping. Try not to hit a support beam pole in the middle of the aisle and enjoy shopping. After all it’s better than WalMart.

I can't say that I'm as in love with Target as other people, but it is a great place to shop. They have great policies on coupons and on their Cartwheel program, so if you take the time, you can get some great discounts. Their return policy is really easy. I went in with my husband to do our baby registry, and we received a great bag of free stuff. It's always clean and well-lit, and I rarely have to wait in line at the checkout more than a few minutes.

The Target employees are always friendly and very helpful. They never make you feel like you are bothering them. Even when they are busy they take the time with you to help you and that makes you feel valued.

The pick up order is so quick. I love not having to wait. The staff is so pleasant and helpful while respecting distance. I feel safe and like I can quickly get the items I need without waiting in the car with my fussy toddler for any period of time. I love Target Pick Up in Columbia, Missouri.

First time ordering online. Not going inside for health reasons. All items listed were "in stock." 90 minutes later: "two items not in stock." Ok fine. I would gladly substitute those items. NOPE, can't do that. Ok FINE, cancel my order...PARTIAL REFUND!!

Fast forward two months later. I walk in the store. The customer service team was phenomenal. I explained my problem to them. I could not find the receipt email or amy proof of the transaction. They were sympathetic and really cared. They gave me a 15 gift card for the whole hassle. That is how you do customer service. Excellent excellent stuff. No haggling with the customer. No "welp sorry I can't help you." They fixed the problem swiftly. Turned a bad experience into a good one. Outstanding.

Target has always been a user-friendly store. Its clean, well-lit and the workers are helpful and for the most part, friendly. I like the variety of products available. The on-line store is very easy to navigate and can purchase items on line and pick up in the store so no shipping.

Came in recently from out of town and was impressed with the layout of the store and the friendliness of the team members. Ben from the electronics department was especially helpful and helped me pick out the right batteries for my instant camera!! He was a great example of Target’s guest-focused values and I sure hope he gets a raise sometime soon. 10/10 target experience, i will be back ASAP to pick up more of that amazing Good and Gather Serrano Salsa!!

Target staff are so organized and prepared for my arrival. Sometimes they are outside with my items before I've even parked my car! Very professional and friendly staff. Never an issue with misplacing my order, which has been a problem at other stores providing curbside pickup services.
