Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First time having their chicken got a chicken sandwhich meal and tried the sauce on the side. Ended up putting the sauce on said sandwhich it was good the breading had good seasoning in it and everything was prefect food was hot and fresh along with the customer service was fast and friendly. My first experience was a good one. If they built one of these near me which I live right outside of St Louis but on the Illinois side I would absoulty visit it regularly. Better than raising canes which is the most similar place in comparison but yalls seasoning in your breading blows canes out the water.

A unique take on chicken. Had a varied selection of sandwiches and strips. We visited on an off hour where we had choice of seating. The serving were plentiful and satisfying. Recommend to try.

Zaxby's has, and always had, great food. During the pandemic, this location had slowed to a crawl, and wasn't worth visiting for lunch because it would take 30 minutes for a single combo meal to be put out. For months now, though, it has been a great, fast experience again, with the same good food. Recommend the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich for people who like sauce, and spice.

Great Experience...Friendly & Fast Service. Super Clean. Great Food. This was the first time I've eaten at Zaxby's and I'm sure I will again. The manager even stopped by our table to thank us for coming in and make sure we had everything we needed.

Didn't know if this place was open or not around 7:30pm because all lights on the outside were off but online said they were open so we went ahead and pulled in to the drive through and they were in fact open. The lady we spoke to said the lights were just broken. Ordered through the app and got a free meal with signing up including a drink and side. Only thing we didn't like was they offer curbside but had to go in to get our orders after waiting like ten mins for them to come out. Also the fries were barley seasoned which is one of the main reasons why I love zaxbys fries is for their seasoning so I was a little disappointed they're.

Today's visit to Zaxby's left me feeling like I was back in TN. (That's kinda like heaven.)The location was cleaner than I've ever seen it. The employees were friendly, fast, and polite which is something that has lacked in the past. Columbia is almost 2 hours away so I appreciate when the place I get excited about going to exceed my expectations.

This was our first time at this restaurant. It was nice not to be rushed qt the drive through, and the food was all hot and fresh, and the sauces, napkins and forks were provided. It was really nice to have great customer service, and a smile. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious. This location matches the consistency of the chain without compromise. The service was fast and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. The location was clean and well-kept. We love stopping here, and our only regret is that they have not entered the STL market yet. I hope they do soon!

Placed a mobile order, was driving to pick it up & someone crashed into my vehicle. Two hours later I show up asking if they still had my order and they were nice enough to quickly remake it without me asking so it was hot. Thank you guys! I may not have a car anymore but at least I got my food! Fml

I had wanting to try Zaxby's for a long time and finally made it! I was not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the food. The chicken fingers were excellent, hot and very tasty. I order a 4-piece chicken finger platter with included slaw, french fries, t\Texas toast and a drink. This price was very reasonable with amble portions, enough to take some home for supper! The staff was very friendly and quick!

Always good food. Glad to have found this location while visiting Columbia. Staff great too! Drive up only on the day we went on a Saturday in August.

This location is under-staffed right now, but the food is delicious. Our favorite meal is the Big Zax Snack. Make sure you get enough Zax Sauce to dip your food in. Everything tastes even better with Zax's sauce. If you need to feed your family, but are tired and don't wish to cook they have family packages available.

If you find yourself having to choose between Zaxby's or Chick-fil-A, I would say Zaxby's all the way! Their white cheddar bites are great. Their fried pickles are excellent. The Texas toast you can take or leave.

Great service and employees. The manager went out of his way for us. 10/10
