I went to several stores on Black Friday, every store was chaotic and the employees were unpleasant due to heavy workload but not at Spencer’s. The staff was incredibly patient with me and answered all of my questions with the best attitude. I have terrible social anxiety but felt at ease and safe the entire time. I can only have surgical steel body jewelry and found the best place to get them at in Columbia!🖤🖤

I stopped in there on 9/15/23 to get a couple of things for my daughter. Both staff members were phenomenal. The gentleman had a good presence in the floor and was willing to help find what I was looking for. The lady at the register was very informative, courteous, and was also a huge help on finding the Supernatural Tarot cards. I will definitely return just because of these two people.

I got rings for free, last time I shopped, I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I've been meaning to do this for the last week or so. Sorry it took so long to get done. Anyway this place is awesome it has great stuff. The staff are really great. When I was in there the other day I was helped by a couple of women I believe one was named Samantha?. And I sadly didn't catch the other's name. They were so kind and helpful. I'm visually impaired and am light sensitive. They helped me find the products I was looking for and answered all my questions. They also offered to turn off strobing and flashing lights for me. They helped me through the whole process and made me feel incredibly welcome in the store. I'll defiantly be going back.😄

I absolutely love going to this place. They have better jewelry, wallet, and t-shirt options compared to hot topic and the staff there are very friendly. I go in just to look with my friends and its a fun atmosphere to be in.

This place is really helpful if you are getting or buying body jewelry. The lady, Sammie, who helped me was really nice and gave me really good tips on how to help clean my piercing and what kind of material to get. I would 100% recommend coming here.

I was looking for a pair of vintage sunglasses with my boyfriend and we had awesome time with Samantha and also another worker who worked there she was new worker (green hair) at Spencer but she also was a thrill to work with. We had an awesome time! 😊😊😊 They helped us so I’m giving them a shout out!!!!

I always find awesome stuff at Spencer's and the people who work there are always very inviting . I have never had a bad experience at Spencer's . I have multiple anime tattoos and always get a Convo with staffers very nice people .

This store has a wide selection of t-shirts, novelties, and other items. If you are looking for a unique gift such as a band t-shirt, shot glass, coffee mug, jewelry, wallet, or other item this is the place to go. The workers are helpful, and the store neat and well organized.

I freaking love Spencers, I have to drop by every time I'm in Columbia mall. Love their styles, have a lot of cool stuff, and the staff seems cool af. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Samantha was so helpful and helped me fine my new piercing for work and then let me know I could get 2 more packs for free!!! Made my trip so easy and I’m going back for since when I need more!!!

Samantha, and Kati we're extremely nice and helpful! They answered all of my question on the spot. They are such great people who are willing to help at any given moment. Such great workers! They even talked to me for a little bit.

Awesome atmosphere, friendly people, and a bunch of cool stuff in the store

This place was great. But I think they should hide the back of the store more. Theres sex toys and if you're reading this and plan on taking your children there. Dont take them to the back.

I always enjoy going in & look at the different things they have. The employees are awesome. They're raising money for breast cancer & the bracelet is awesome
