Absolutely love this place. Moving up here and finding this jewel makes life more enjoyable. By creating an account you can stay all day and play any of the games they have, you can also rent the games to take home. They have a huge selection of games, sure to make anyone happy. They also have game nights, D&D games, warhammer 40k, and many more.

Great store that draws a great crowd. I went there to play DnD for the first time and the DM was very helpful to new players. He took time to explain mechanics to me, had a character prebuilt I was able to use, and made sure I felt included in the play session with more experienced players. I think I’m about to be a regular here.

Great local shop, the employees are always so kind and love helping you find the right game or game add-ons for your friends and family.

This is one of the best board and mini game stores in the Midwest, a place to play, real nice workers, and a ton of stock.

I love walking through their doors and being bombarded by shelves and walls of games. I understand that they can't usually beat online stores, but I always buy something because I love being able to hold new games in my hands, feel their weight, and give them a small shake. So many game stores are gone, but they have excellent selection and continue to thrive.

This store is great. The staff is friendly and helpful and the selection of D&D accessories is quite nice. I can't speak to other table top or hobbies that they also provide.

Anyone who ever complained about their mask policy (which they've since made optional) is gonna be upset with every little thing they can find. Ignore those reviews, those people aren't worth the data.

This store is now my go to for all D&D related items!

Love this place. Always has a great stock of miniatures. Very friendly staff and I have great conversations with them while I'm browsing. Pricing is a little high but, I have no problems paying a little more to keep a small business going. Every visit, I always find something new or something I can't find anywhere else or online. Definitely recommended this place to numerous friends who love to game.

Great group of people as always! Knowledgeable and not just willing to help, but excited to help. I don't make it in very often but when I do, I love hearing what the staff thinks is fun.

I always love walking around and looking at the amazing board games, card games and miniatures. It is definitely a treat. I still think my favorite is the RPGs and of course the accessories. I love how much you can do with D&D now as opposed to the original white pamphlet instructions that I started with as a kid.

This was a really cool store. I've never seen so many games. They had a game room for events. They had DND and Warhammer minis. They had a section just for world building with play mats, premade maps, guides, and miniature landscapes.

My friend has been working on selling Magic Cards. Jeremy was extremely helpful and willing to spend time answering her many questions about that process. She was so grateful for this incredible customer service.

Pretty cool place honestly. Probably the best option this part of missouri. I love that they have like signed and foreign language binders, never seen that before

I recently decided to sell my childhood Pokémon collection and was having a hard time finding a trustworthy buyer who wouldn’t try to rip me off. I am not an active collector, so I am by no means a complete expert in what was valuable and what wasn’t.

When I contacted Valhalla’s Gate, I met up with Jeremy who was really accommodating and transparent with the way they evaluate cards and determine a value. He was kind enough to go through my cards himself and chat about the hobby and business surrounding the cards, which was a really friendly and unexpectedly positive experience. In a way, my short time there generated a new curiosity around my long forgotten hobbies that I might now revisit. I was offered a no-nonsense, haggle free, fair price for my cards and they paid me the same day.

This is a great group of people who truly love games and the people that play them! We are lucky to have a place like this in Columbia.

This place is really awesome, all the staff working there in my experience has been very kind polite and helpful. And Jeremy, I believe is the head boss, he is the man! If you are trying to sell your magic cards then that's the guy you want to see. I was really skeptic at first because he flips through your cards pretty quickly but he knows what he's doing and he offers a lot more money than anywhere else in town! I definitely recommend this place.

Very cool store with very friendly and helpful staff. If you need something they don't have they'll order it for you and only charge retail. You can rent tables to play games with your friends for only five bucks a person. The tables and chairs are very nice. It's all around a good place with a great atmosphere.
