Just JC Penny. In particular visited the makeup department and they were really friendly and helpful. Did a color match to find the right foundation for myself.

Great bargains and deals! Best place to shop, because there is always a coupon they offer on any given day I've shopped there!

Best department store in the mall. Their clothing ranges from inexpensive to nice dress clothing for an office job. They have a large jewelry department that’s very competitive with other stores and carry some nice pieces. My wife bought a $3500 ring there that she loves and used the Penny’s card. She even received bonus points for the using the card that we used for clothing. JC Pennys rolls the free line to get you in there and it works and saves me money. Upstairs they have a fully staffed salon with nice equipment and great hair products that are salon quality and name brand. They often have product sales and that’s when I stock up. My wife likes to get her hair colored, and they know what they are doing, because she has gone other places and had issues. The store is neat and clean every time I go in which is probably a reflection of a good store manager. Everyone that works there seems happy to be there, and is helpful. Good job JC Pennys.

Awesome when you need an outfit for a good price

Absolutely fantastic service. I spent like 3 hours here and had 2 different people helping me find the right suit, shirt, tie, and pants combination for an upcoming job interview and I could not possibly be happier with the end result. I went in at 1 a.m. on black Friday and the place was pretty much empty so I doubt they would typically be able to give this much service but holy cow, I cannot possibly stress how helpful they were. 12/10 would recommend. Also I got everything for just over $100, so their Black Friday are legit too

I had not been to this store in a long time. I met 2 nice ladies here. Great sale! Cashier was very nice too!

Did a same day pick up, customer service brought it to my car. No fuss, no muss, greatly appreciated after a 3 1/2 hr wait @ the DMV.

Yesterday, I was at the store trying to help my daughter overcome here fear of escalators and the staff was so sweet and gentle toward her. They even showed her how to get on the escalator. I really appreciate it.

It's been many years since I set foot in a JCP and was impressed with the looks of the store and the friendliness of the staff. My only concern was the lack of help. Poor clerk coulda used some backup when I was there.

This JCPenney is the largest one I've been to, and the prices are often excellent in comparison to online and other retailers. I've had friendly service in every department, and checking out is simple and quick. Overall a good place to shop.

Awesome deals, well organized store, employees eager to assist and knowledgeable. Plus sizes available, kids and baby clothes, men's, womens, shoes, home apparel, salon services etc.

Neat, clean, great deals, cashier was friendly. Cashier did ask same questions as she asked the person in front of me but wasn't a bad experience.

Wow fantastic fall savings sale. Bought jeans, a nice t-shirt and a great hoodie for under $25. Get in for great savings before they're gone!! No I do not work here LOL
