I just got there best customer service from a Young gentleman named Chris. This young man greeted me, got me what I needed, offered me accessories and most importantly WALKED THE BAG AROUND THE COUNTER AND THANKED ME FOR MY BUSINESS.

I will most definitely shop with him again. Give that guy a raise and have him teach the other employees how it should be done.

We were helped by Ziggy (I think that’s his name) he was so nice and so helpful. Really made a great experience. I wanted to buy the shoes just because of how nice he was!

Wouldn't be my personal first choice for shopping for my kids shoes but the customer service by the gentleman who helped us find the right shoe size for 2 of my kids was spot on.

I wish they'd have the same shoes in the stores as on the website

Went to Journeys yesterday, March 4, 2022, to return some shoes I bought online. A very unhappy lady Amber assisted me, she was very unpleasant and rude and she needs some training on customer service. I told her she was rude and as I was leaving she said, “have a nice day.” She did not mean it , it was just to be sarcastic. This is why people shop online because of terrible customer service. I will not return to this Journey’s. Thanks Amber.

Will not be giving Journeys my business ever again. Rude customer service, I was not given a reciept despite providing my email, and I was rudely brushed off. Thanks for the memories, Journeys.
