We love Avalon Flooring! This is our second time using them for a home project and it was such an easy, personal experience. Diane at the Brick location is wonderful. I worked hand-in-hand with her to pick out matching upstairs flooring for our discontinued downstairs flooring and she let me borrow samples to make final decisions. We also had fun picking out our bathroom tile! She knows her stuff and was always available to answer a question and make sure the correct piece/decision was ordered. 10/10 recommend!

I love the tiles for our new bathroom floor, shower and shower floor. There were many good options and I'm thrilled with what I chose. Diane was eager to help and I recommend this store.

I recently had Luxury Vinyl flooring installed and am very happy with it. Lindsey in the Brick store was super helpful and professional in assisting us. Vicky came to our house to measure for the flooring and was very nice as well. Installation went very smoothly and was done quickly. Overall, an excellent experience with Avalon Flooring. I brought pictures of what we wanted to create, and she showed us tile that completely matched what we were looking for. She made a point to show us a budget-friendly tile that was beautiful, and saved us quite bit of money. She kept in touch with us each step of the way, and was always available for questions. Diane is the best! She helped me tremendously when I was remodeling my home 5 years ago and has continuously provided top notch service. Recently we purchased tile for our kitchen backsplash. Barbara helped us chose something in no time. She was so professional and accommodating. She matched the tile to the already existing floor and cabinets, which made our selection very easy. We certainly will be back when the need arises.

Excellent place to shop for updating your home. This was my second time using Avalon because of Diane at the Brick location. She helped us design our custom shower with her professional experience in tiles and really knocked it out of the park. Can’t say enough good things about Diane and Avalon Flooring in Brick NJ. We had checked out other tile stores in the process of renovating our Master Bathroom. When we walked into Avalon Diane was super helpful with great advice and suggestions every step of the way and made an overwhelming process stress free. I definitely recommend AvalonFlooring of Brick. A positive experience from beginning to end. They carry quality products and the staff are friendly & helpful. Our bedroom floors were installed today & we couldn’t be happier. My experience at the Brick township location was great!! I did not feel bombarded or rushed by the employees. Everyone was super helpful and informative. We directly worked with Patty G. and she made this experience much less stressful than I anticipated it to be. She was super nice and had us in and out of the store with the best flooring for the best price. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Upon the recommendation of my contractor I visited Avalon Flooring in Brick where I was greeted by Katha Lopes. I explained to Katha what I was looking for and she immediately steered me to the perfect tile. Wonderful, especially since I was anticipating a long arduous search!

I am so happy I went to Avalon Flooring for my kitchen renovation. I had previously been to three other tiles stores and just could not find exactly what I was looking for. Rushing to find the perfect wood plank floor tile in time for my floor guys who were coming in just 4 days, I was in a panic! Diane from the Brick location helped me so much and made the entire process effortless! Although she did guarantee the tile would be here on time, she made her best effort and was in constant contact with me everyday until the tile was ready for pick up. Avalon Flooring delivered! ON TIME!!! It was a snow storm and their trucks still delivered on time. I can not say enough great things about my experience and all of Diane's help! I will absolutely be back for future projects!
