Staples

I got some last minute prints made for Christmas this year. As someone who also works a production job I understand when last minute orders come in it can be a pain but my prints came out great!! My husband and friend loved them and I really appreciate it. Thanks again guys and I promise next time I won’t do last minute orders! :)

Great experience in Oct 2023 with Staples. I had a very large shredding project to do & Tom, who I believe works in the Printing service area, was a lifesaver! Tom helped us out, explained everything - really took care of us. I would definitely return to this location for all shredding jobs and highly recommend them. I thought the cost of this project was very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Tom was Awesome! Thank you!

Todd was so helpful to me. Carol too both went out of their way to help me as I am visually impared they couldn't do enough to help me. Thank you staples for having these 2 exceptional employees!

We needed assistance to purchase a computer printer at the Brick Staples store. Fortunately, we met Matt, who assisted us and exhibited patience and knowledge about computer technology. He was friendly, professional and helped us choose the computer printer to best fit our needs. Matt is definitely an asset to Staples and should be commended for his assistance.

Tom helped me make a banner . This store was in brick nj . He spent time and made the banner very special .I couldn’t ask for a nicer person.I’m very happy with my purchase.

Coming from someone who works at staples, and has at many positions in many stores, let me educate you guys a little bit. Lets say a customer drops of a big job which includes 1,000 front and back copies. They want those copies turned into a book, using comb binding and laminating the covers. They have to have this job done in 3 days. You come to the counter thinking your 5 copies should take priority because it doesnt take long. Multiply that by all the other people with the same thought process. Is that big expensive job going to get done on time if they keep stopping? Probably not. Theyre not machines. If you're asked to use self serve, use it. If you get rude with them, they may already have a headache from the 5 people before you who were rude to them. I stand for anyone who works in retail when i say we're human, and can only take/do so much. Also, being understanding and polite goes a LONG way.

Staples is Staples. The customer service is nice. Lines are generally not long. They also have enough staff to ask questions to. Bathrooms were not bad too.

Staples was very nice and the young man that helped me out was very kind and niece.

They were so friendly and helpful, I got a whole lesson on paper and that's just awesome.. love this location!
