Today was my initial fitting for at-home treatment P-10. I was glad I was referred to your company by my specialist. I was so happy you sent Oscar to our home for my in-service. He was very informative, explaining the process in good detail today and even went a step beyond ensuring that I understood the procedures before he carried onto the next step of set-up. Oscar was able to answer my questions promptly and with confidence. Oscar was quite knowledgeable about the various company product options which was much appreciated during our initial set-up. I truly hope that this great satisfaction continues throughout the duration of my treatment plan. Feeling grateful! THANK YOU

Casey, the technician who came to our home today, on a Sunday-was great! He took the time to explain everything concerning my new concentrator and made sure it was up and running before he left. Very impressed with his knowledge and he was super nice! Thanks!

Marlin was wonderful. Arrived at the time she told me she would, She was very friendly and polite. Very professional and knowledgeable about the CPAP machine. She answered all of my questions with ease. She explained everything about the machine & the my air app. I was a bit nervous about the machine but, after she explained & demonstrated everything,I feel confident this will be easy to use. Kristen was extremely friendly and professional. She clearly knows her stuff. She was able to explain my new equipment to me without making me feel overwhelmed at all. I had no issues using my machine the first time because of her tutorial. If I need anything from Ocean in the future, I'm not worried about having to reach out at all.

Marlin Rodriguez, Respiratory Therapist was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. She spoke in terms that were easy to understand. Made sure I was able to use CPAP properly, answered all my questions. She familiarized me with the My Air app which is amazing and user friendly.

My technician Mary was very patient and informative. She went over the machine and the mask as well as the care of both. Hope I can excel at my therapy and finally be able to sleep through the night.

The Office was clean and well organized. The lady who helped me was amazing. She was very thorough and made sure I understood everything as she was going through each process. She was very informative and interactive, answering any questions I had, and was very knowledgeable about my device, equipment, and accessories.

All positive. I had the wrong size walker, and realized it late (due to my PT scheduling), but they were able to replace it quickly and efficiently. Both deliveries were timely and professional, and both drivers were a pleasure, especially Jose!

I've dealt with Ocean Home Health for the last 14 years for my CPAP machine and supplies. They're top notch. They call when I'm due for new supplies so I can order what I need, and the supplies always come quickly. Very reliable, knowledgeable and always courteous.

Armani Vazquez was great! He was polite and courteous and got the job done. He delivered a hospital bed and picked it up when we no longer needed it. I was happy to see him at the door when he returned. He was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this service.

Very polite delivery man. Quick and efficient. If I were to say anything negative it would be no instruction manual. I didn’t think of it until he left, and he may not have been provided with one himself.

He was on time, professional and tenacious. He showed excellence customer service at its best. He never installed the bed extension before but quickly called his supervisor and the installation was a success.

They are great! I received a 10 minute text notification and he was perfectly on time. I received a call when he got here with the deliver so I’d be ready. I can’t say enough about my wonderful experience, Ocean made this very easy for me!

My experience was excellent. Anthony was polite from the moment we set up my appointment until he brought my equipment to my home. He explained everything well and was patient when I asked him to repeat a few things. I commented to him that with his personality, he was in the right business.

Ocean Health has been a great company for me. They are extremely organized and any of the people I have spoken to have been most helpful. I get automatic reminders to order my equipment and it comes in a timely manner.

I had an excellent experience. Anthony came when expected. He did a very thorough job explaining how to set up my CPAP machine and answered all my questions. Before leaving he made sure I knew how to set up the machine and asked if had any additional questions. Overall Anthony did a great job and made this less stressful.

My rep was great. Explained to me everything and also prepped me to download the app. Experience was great using technology to figure the best thing for my health. We're punctual an concise.

My CPAP was delivered yesterday by Kate. I mentioned to her that I knew nothing about the unit other than I didn’t want one. Kate was so nice taking her time and explaining everything to me in detail and reassured me I would think different about it.
I used it for the first time last night and I woke up feeling so much better than I have for a long time. Normally I would get up four or five times a night to use the bathroom. Last night I woke up one time.

So impressed!.. Oliver was so informative and patient with all our questions. This was for my husband's 3rd CPAP and no one else had given us the information Oliver did. We learned so much we didn't know before...very impressed!
