Crabs Claw Inn

A favorite for local shore people. Excellent food, the waitress (Jessica) gets 10+++ stars. Personable, friendly, helpful with telling us about menu items... very accommodating to any food issues you may have. We had the crab cakes (you can order the sandwich and if you don't want the bread, they'll make it a nice platter-bonus and kudos to this restaurant) Winter time there's a nice fireplace for cozy dining. Can't say enough, excellent 👌

I haven’t been here is a very long time.
They have indoor and outdoor seating.
Had Manhattan clam chowder to start and stuffed mushrooms. They were good. For dinner I had fish and chips.
Nice portion 5 pieces of fish. It’s was very good. Great staff.

This was a great meal coupled with great service. Got a whole pot of seafood and it was delicious. After dinner i went to the beach and watched an awesome sunset. It's literally half a block away. This was a great experience all around.

We were down at the beach for Memorial day and decided to give the Crabs Claw Inn a try for lunch. They were busy but got our group of 10 seated in a timely manner. We had Delaware bay raw oysters and calamari for an appetizer, oysters were fresh and delicious, calamari was lightly breaded and fried to perfection 😋 for my main I had mussels and clams over linguini with white wine garlic sauce, simple but well done, overall an excellent experience 👍

Believe it or not, I skipped on seafood, I wanted to try their 1/2# burger. I did order a cup of Manhattan clam chowder, which I should have ordered a bowl ! Yes, that GREAT ! Burger was fantastic. Cooked to the way I wanted. Will come back when in this area again and definitely order seafood boil. Don't pass up this place....

First time here at the recommendation of a friend. I thought it was a great eating experience!! The staff was friendly including our server Nikki! What a wonderful server! She was attentive and her appetizer recommendation of Tuna Nachos was AMAZING!!!!! 👍🏻😋 i highly recommend trying it!!! Our entrees were so good too!! The Tuna Duo special was excellent as was the broiled seafood! I felt the size of the meals were very good too! If you’re reading this I highly recommend going! We sat outside as that was first available however I went inside to check it out and I when I’m back in the off-season I will sit by the fireplace😃 🔥

The friendliest restaurant I have ever been to! The staff is very professional and kind. Several servers were so nice to an elderly gentleman who had trouble standing up. They scrambled to help him, all with a smile on their faces. Their kindness did not go unnoticed! Terrific autumn drink menu! Absolutely thrilled to have found this place!

First time here and first time hitting the Jersey Shore.!! Thanks to some local family Ann and Michelle for taking us to this AWESOME spot on the shore.!! We ordered some clams and oysters for appetizers. The seafood was AMAZING.!!🔥🤟 We all ordered something different. I had the fish tacos FANTASTIC.!! 🔥🤟 My bro had the shrimp and lobster sauce with linguine.!! He said it was fire.!! His son had the seafood steam pot had all kinds of stuff in there clams, crab legs, corn, potatoes.!!! He said it was so good he actually drank the juice out of the pot.!! 😂😂😂😂🔥🤟 That would definitely be a spot too hit again for sure.!!! The atmosphere was so cool, there was a guy in there playing acoustic guitar and singing.!! (He was AMAZING) The staff was very friendly our hostess name was Elizabeth she was AWESOME 👍🤟🔥 Thank you for taking care of us.!! And getting us to put on the bibs for a photo 😂🤩😂🤩😂.!!!!

Wonderful lunch. My hubby has been saying all day how perfect his lobster tails were. Pleasant staff and we bought 2 tee shirts. Great food for sure! Yellow fin tuna nachos were excellent and my Red Snapper filet was as big as the plate! Fresh n yummy!

I have been going to crabs claw in for about 30 years. Always a great experience. Management has always continued to be very assistant like to all their friends and visitors. Especially noted is Eileen and Becky for their friendliness especially to year-round residents.

Lobster bisque and seafood pot pie were outstanding.
Kudos to the bartender who made the martini, yummy.
Maddie was an exceptional server and we can't wait to go back. 👍🍹

This was my second visit to the Crabs Claw Inn, while on vacation in Seaside Heights, and I must say, I think the second visit even surpasses the first. The drinks, the food, everything is amazing and spot on at this restaurant. We had a beverage outdoor while we waited, and our outside table was ready within minutes of speaking to the host. The service was friendly and prompt despite the fact that they were very busy. We shared the blackened tuna bites appetizer and my entree was one of the featured specials, a halibut and shrimp Francaise over linguine. It was absolutely sublime and I ate every molecule of it. I'm actually pleasantly surprised with myself for having the self control to snap a pic before I devoured it. I will always keep the Crabs Claw Inn near the top of my list when I'm in the area, I really have nothing bad to say about the whole experience.

The food was absolutely delicious. I had clams on the half shell, crab chowder, and blackened tuna which was cooked raw and to perfection! The server was attentive and friendly. Knowing it would be crowded we went early, at 5, and was seated right away. When we left the line was very long. Go early and enjoy!! Highly recommended

Went to see a band " The Mangoes ". The dance postage stamp was packed. Everyone was friendly. I got a crab cake and fries. Excellent! A little pricey, maybe.

06/09/2021: Lunch for 2. Ordered several appetizers (see picture) and one entree. The service was prompt & friendly (Thanks Ashley!). The shrimp, crab, stuffed mushroom and tuna appies were tasty and the portions were right sized. We enjoyed the "Fish & Chips" entree. The Cod was firm, not salty and tasty. You didn't need the vinegar or tartar sauce. The chips were neither salty or greasy. I will DEFINITELY enjoy dining here again soon. THANK YOU for a great meal: Well Done! ed

Crabs Claw never disappoints! We took our family visiting from Texas today and everyone loved their meals and the atmosphere. We ate at the bar upstairs because the bar tender Barb was so much fun and hospitable. The Shrimp Albano was unbelievable!

Went on the 25th of February 2023, with family and friends. This was our first time. The service from all the staff was amazing!!!!! The food came out in a timely manner. Our waitress was very attentive kept checking in. I had the Blackened Salmon it was by far the best cooked Salmon I've ever had hands down. I Will be returning in the future.

I am a 1st timer there an i mainly went to hear my Favorite band on the jersey shore the mangos , as for the Restaurant bar very, very comfortable and nice. Affordable place to have a great time and a great meal. I highly recommend it to anyone for steimer's locals or visitors. Great place, great people great atmosphere go there.🦬

I can't say enough positives about this restaurant. The Bourbon Maple Salmon and Fish n Chips lunch specials were both outstanding. We upgraded to the crab chowder...delicious. Highly recommend!

Came here during vacation to see Rich Meyer play. Had an awesome time. Didn't eat there but the drinks were great and the entertainment was excellent. No cover charge as well. Definitely worth seeing Rich when he is there!!
