I went in completely lost and Darlene was very kind and helpful. I ended up finding a few things thanks to her! Alexina and another worker helped me get the only size I needed off of a mannequin, I unfortunately didn’t end up buying it. However, their efforts were very much appreciated! Great customer service here.

Great store, but don't have any pool playing equipment

I bought a pair of sneakers. And I'm going back Saturday for some sport pants and shirt. I'm just getting back 2/4/24 .

i went in to look for new sneakers for work and Colin was so kind and helpful. he really took the time to help me figure out what i was looking for and i really appreciated that. whenever i go to this location everyone is always so helpful but i was just really happy with the customer service i received today :)

Great staff !!!! Amazing for such a young staff that the service was excellent. Bought a kayak. Pick one out. They carried it up front (sure it's the job) but.... Wife changed color ideas. No complaining, bam. They go and get the next one. Smiles all around. Managers should be proud !!!!

Good selection of items for many sports and outdoor activities. Staff is always helpful. Have been told by them more than once when an sale item was out the day and time of the next delivery so I could get the item I wanted during the sale period. Only downside to this location is the parking at certain times of the year. The plaza has Costco, Christmas Tree Shop, Staples, restaurants, and other stores, during the year end holiday season you may need to park farther away from the store than you would like. Suggest car pooling with friends shop here and the other stores then grab something to eat.

I signed up my son for Tee Ball and was completely lost trying to find equipment that fit him right. Mason took initiative and jumped right in to help me out. He was very knowledgeable and made sure not only that everything fit right, but that I had everything I needed. Thanks Mason, I will be coming back once my son outgrows everything I just bought him lol.

Great place to buy golf clubs. Sean did a great job setting me up with Tommy Armour Atomic clubs. The clubs are a bomb. Wouldn't have happened with Sean's help. Feel free to research online like I did. But close the deal in the store.

Amazing selection of fishing tackle both fresh and salt.... a lil pricey but what isn't these days. Worth checking out their selection.

Great customer service with or without returns. Staff goes the extra mile and if they don’t have it, they can order and get in the store for you! Returned something without a receipt that was a gift and gave me a merchandise card for full amount to use in store or online!! It’s my go to store for all my sports needs! A+++

Went to look at some new golf clubs, price said in sale 399.00 but date said sale was over they honored the same price let me test then out.. Very happy with golf department

Dick's Sporting Goods has a great selection of Yeti coolers and other Yeti products. In 2019 a new colored cooler was introduced in Reef Blue. Yeti coolers are fantastic. For the best ice retention, make sure that you buy bags containing mostly large cubed ice---not bags of smaller chipped ice. You can probably get the best ice retention by making your own ice cubes because the cubes will be much larger than the stuff you buy at the supermarket or other locations.

I had an excellent experience at this store purchasing a kayak and other needed items for paddling. The staff, management, selection, and prices are great!
