K&M tried very hard to locate a discontinued part for my 20-year old foreign car, even thinking outside the box on ways to repair the existing damaged part. I was very happy with the service, I got my car back and they gave me a real good price. Next tome I need a mechanic, I will go back to K&M. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.

Very clean and organized shop. Pricing is discussed ahead of time. Cars always completed when promised. Even got me in to fix my flat when they were very busy. Fair prices and good service.

After spending way too many years and money with a large corporate auto center I made the wise choice of taking my truck to K & M. The prices were reasonable and service was excellent. I will be back.

I was in need of a tire for my SUV. My first stop was at Discount Tire on RT.37 as I was getting out of my car, someone from the back of the shop yelled out to me they were closed, rudely. No sign up stating they were closed but I went down 37 I saw K&M Tire & Auto. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly Gene Monogan Manager was. He supplied me with three options for my car. He took my car right away. Rich made the repair. My SUV is riding very smooth. So happy I decided to stop here. I will always shop here for my tires. I recommend this place highly.

A tire blew out on my daughter’s car while we were vacationing at the shore (in Lavalette). I’m not familiar with the tire/car repair shops in that area so conducted a search for the best shops in the area and K&M tire was at the top of the list and was also the closest. They didn’t have this tire in stock but were able to order it and install it the next day. I was in a bind but the price, including installation was very reasonable and I was impressed by their professionalism every step of the way so I would highly recommend them to others. Gene examined the rim, explained why the tire sidewall was torn (it blew out on the Garden State Parkway so she had to drive it to the side of the road) and knew immediately that the 2020 Accord uses the ABS system to detect low tire pressure so the tire wouldn’t need a pressure sensor. They called me to let me know when the car was ready and identified the cause of the flat (a nail). In sum, they were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and fair.

I was looking for a place to bring my car for service instead of taking it to the dealer. I knew I needed an oil change and breaks so a friend recommended K&M. Gene was awesome got me right in the Friday before a holiday and gave me a great price and service. Will only go there from now on and highly recommend them.

I had a flat and they were able to fit me right in and get me taken care of. the evaluated my other tires, informing me the threads were warned and I should consider replacing. The customer service was wonderful, and communicative.

Very honest and respectful repair shop. Brought car in to have all the brakes serviced and after mechanic checked only needed front brakes. They completed the service in a timely manner and the brakes feel great! Will continue to use this shop and highly recommend.

My daughter introduced me to this place before she went to the Airforce. I have been getting good service from here.I will always come here for anything I need for my infinity! Took my car 10 minutes before my appointment, test drove it, GREAT service, inspected my brakes, just needed tires and alignment Very professional, straight forward and HONEST. In and out in 1.5 hr. Place is VERY clean and maintained!!! Great job. I'll be back!!

Stopped in on a busy Friday of Memorial Day weekend got fix a tire. They were able to squeeze me in, and were efficient and super fast doing a plug in my tire. I will definitely use them again.

Staff was super nice and very helpful with all the questions I had. Had my tires done there definitely affordable not over priced. Gene was very informative about when I would need to get my brakes done, didn't try to sell me thing that I didn't need which I truly appreciated. Will definitely be going back to have any other services I need done to my car.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I let me brakes wear down to long to the point that I had just metal to metal contact in the rear. So i needed brakes ASAP! I did a google search for brake services in Toms River and K&M auto was the second listing for options available. I had never been there before so i was a little nervous in regards to costs for repair. I just knew I needed brakes. All said and done; I got front brakes, rear brakes four new rotors and they even repaired a loose heat shield that I was aware of and didn't even mention to them; all without breaking the bank! Sold! Gene was courteous and professional and extremely informative as to maintenance needed and service provided. It was my first time dealing with K&M, BUT WILL NOT BE MY LAST! Thank you very much!

I needed a new tire and my dealer did not have the tire so I went to K&M because they happened to be near by. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and efficient they were. They had my car done in no time after I spent 2 hours at my dealership for an oil change. I should have gone here. I’ll be coming back.

I will definitely be back! K&M replaced a tire on my car recently. I brought them the tire and dropped my car off early on a Saturday morning. A couple hours later got the call my car was done.
Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced shop. Highly recommended.

I went in based on good reviews an was not disappointed! The gentleman at the front was professional and polite. As a single female with a beater looking for a new mechanic there I plenty of room for deceitfulness. I have had enough beater cars to know my way around a manipulative mechanic and these guys are far from it.
They never tried to push a service on me I didn't ask for. They gave me a discount on my brakes (that were in desperate need of repair) and they worked with my time constraints.
I will be going back next week to finish my front breaks. As an owner of a car from 2004 with 190k+ milage I believe I'll be seeing a lot of these guys.

This place was great. Appointment time was 9am and they took me right in and was out in an hour. Gene is great. He was honest, straightforward and professional. 10/10 recommended
