The store was nice and had what I needed at a good price, and the man there was very polite and patient with me while I struggled to find a coupon

This particular Dollar General is located just outside my neighborhood so it's convenient for me to go to this one. However, it's very messy and not very well stocked. The employees are overworked and dragging through their day. I've had a few vent to me about working 70+ hrs a week, every new employee they higher quits within the 1st few days. I see the same 2 women employees working daily. It's quite obvious that the brunt of this store's operation is on their shoulders. They are unable to keep up with the daily tasks with it just being them. You can see that the store is taking a big hit and is becoming run down. It's a mess.. plastic on the floors, many palettes of merchandise are taking up the floors every which way you turn. Something needs to he done.

When ordering online for pick up your order delay then they cancel your order. Bad customer service. When you ring the store they answer you then put you on hold for a very long time
