Equinox Paramus

I wouldn’t call this a gym, it’s a wellness center b it’s truly my favorite place to get a great workout in. The vibes here are everything and the people you meet here are different(in a good way) It’s worth every penny. My favorite part are the cold towels and the sauna! It’s the best part. Come and do a free trail, beware you will deff sign up.

Great facility, even better staff. Specifically, I'd like to shout out my experience with Chris and Michelle from the personal training department. They really helped me appreciate the value of getting in a routine and starting that process off with a training package that when broken down per session is very reasonable. I've only signed up for what I can afford initially but it's already proving worth it. Michelle and Chris are super friendly and hard working as is the entire staff I've encountered at this location. I've worked out at a variety of luxury gyms over the last 20 years: LA Sports Club, Equinox, Four Seasons Hotels, Ritz Carlton, etc. - and the experience I've had at Paramus Equinox is really great, particularly because it's small - not very crowded - and of course, has a great team of coaches and administrative personnel who do their job with professionalism and efficiency. I recommend this gym and Chris as you look to hire a trainer. A special thanks to the hard-working cleaning staff who work around the clock.

Love the atmosphere at Equinox. The trainers and staff are all pleasant and knowledgeable and always willing to help/assist when you need it. You’ll never not receive a smile upon walking in the door. The club is always clean and surfaces sanitized. Theres an abundant variety of classes and all the equipment and machines you could possibly need. I genuinely anticipate my workout at Equinox Paramus each morning and my membership is worth every penny and then some.

The Equinox location here is fantastic. It's always clean and spacious enough for people to exercise without feeling crowded. The clientele is excellent, and everyone is courteous.

I've been a member at Equinox in the city and to other clubs in NJ. This location is hands down the best. *best trainers ✔ (Shout out to CC!) ✔✔ *best overall staff ✔ *clean as a whistle ✔*great classes *its barely ever packed and they now have a green turf strip to workout on!!

Nice cycling class with Robby, nice gym and very clean. The only thing about this gym is their membership is too expensive, it doesn't have everything like the HUMC Fitness in Maywood but it is a very nice gym.

Clean , organized , trained well staff members, great classes ,clean equipment.
If you feel they are expensive, then I’ll tell you if you serious about your training every dollar worst to be there .

Very clean. Maybe during peak times it can be a bit messy, but so far everything is clean and not overly packed. Very nice staff as well!
