Lenape Valley Diner

Really delicious food, I had eggs which were organic with toast and a mountain of hash fries I think the bill was about $6. They have a cappuccino machine, not pods! And they have a fresh orange juice machine. Everybody was attentive and the place sparkling clean even though it was mother's day they were packed; also, under new ownership. I will add this to my go to places.

Staff was so kind and friendly and everything was DELICIOUS. The Salmon kebab was amazing and so fresh, over flavorful rice pilaf. It was a really generous portion with a full plate of greek salad on the side. We also enjoyed a full Country Greek salad with pita, grape leaves, and grilled chicken. Loved everything!

I've been here many times, they have delicious specials, the stuffed peppers are top quality, and burgers are excellent. great staff, and waitresses, one of the best diners in North Jersey. December 14th. I stopped in tonight and the food was excellent as always, great staff and ownership. I had a huge delicious fish dish which I highly recommend. I travel 20 mins to go to this diner, and they never let you down, stop in for a high quality meal.

This diner gets a "Wow!" From me, which is rate in a state with so many diners. Now under new ownership, the food is superb, as is the service, and there are so many thing I want to go back, to try. It's well worth a visit!

So nice, to meet John Lignos and to see someone with such passion, for what he does! I'm looking forward to more great meals at Lenape!

Hint: their veggie brown rice bowl is super!

Very nice place. I had a Greek burger and it was perfect. Even chicken soup was real tasty. Both chicken kabob and Greek salad were great. The place is clean and the servers were very polite. Will definitely come back.

I go to both, lenape and Oakland diner. Both are really good. But Lenape has a far better Gyro. We go for breakfast too . Never had a problem at Lenape. Ownership is friendly, food is great. Been going since it opened. A+

They never have fresh Linze Tort. They need to have a fresh pastry case or remove it. Before the pastry becomes stale, offer customers a free slice of pie or cake. Dude's keep it fresh or ditch it.

Go here often. The food is wonderful, and most of the wait staff are fabulous. Try the zucchini fries... they are awesome

Great place, the food was awesome, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. Wish they served beers. But even without that, honestly what a gem of a place. I’m excited to go back for breakfast.

What a great find near home! The menu is varied and includes healthy options, which my husband loves. We’ve been back several times and everything I’ve tried has been delicious whether it’s chicken, pasta or a hearty salad. It’s clean, comfortable and the people are friendly and welcoming. It’s our new go-to for dinner.

Was visiting a friend in the area we decided to stop here by chance walked in and was greeted with smiles the lovely owner was right in the front sat us down with out a issue might I add it was a Sunday and it was packed the wait staff was so attentive very vibrant and friendly they gave us crayons for the kids the food came out and it was instagram worthy huge waffles covered in whipped cream and chocolate such a hidden gem only complaint I have is that I don’t live in the area lol but i will be going to Lenape every time I visit up here loved it!

This is a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ample parking with a very friendly staff. They also have all day options on breakfast items. Take out service available as well as the usual delivery services.

I highly recommend the French dip and the soups are delicious and could be a meal by itself. Worth a drive to get here

Hands down best diner in Oakland always polite food is incredible, this place might be a diner but their entrees make it seem like a restaurant, highly recommend.

Stopped in here for breakfast after an appointment I had in the area. The place is clean and cozy. Great atmosphere.
The staff was friendly and the service was fast.
My food was great. The coffee was even good and I'm usually not into diner coffee.
I really hope to get to stop in here again.

Got the Hungry man breakfast. All components of this meal were exceptional. Especially the french toast which was Amazing. Refill on coffee which is standard and the coffee is delicious too. 1st time eating here , won't be the last.

Love this diner! Excellent food and service. Mike, the manager, is amazing! He is easy to work with and very accommodating! I catered breakfast with Santa at my house and the food was excellent! The guests raved about the food! Thank you so much Mike, for making our event a memorable one! 😊
