Cannot talk more highly of Pete’s major appliance company. We have been using them for 20 years so that just tells you how wonderful and reasonable and knowledgeable they are. Mike , The man that came was amazing very knowledgeable figured out what was wrong with the dishwasher and was back two days later with the part to fix it just before the holidays. Thank God.. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, appliance company, then these Are your people. Thank you, Mike forgetting my dishwasher fixed Just before Christmas Eve. You guys are amazing. Merry Christmas to you all.

We had an issue with our ovens and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. The technician was friendly, he came on time, and had the parts on hand. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely use this company again.

Our Gaggenau cook top which was installed 27 years ago developed a gas leak in one of the burners. We called PSE and G who shut everything down for us. Pete himself from Pete’s appliance, came out and was able to have the other five burners working temporarily while the one that was an issue was shut down. Because of the age of the model, there were no parts available. My husband and I started to look for a new cooktop when Pete called us a couple of days later to tell us that he found a part on eBay. He bought it for us installed it, and our cooktop is working beautifully. Not only was he professional And knowledgeable but Also took the initiative to find the part. If you need an appliance repaired, Petes appliance is the place to go.

I called and got Diane oh the phone. she was very nice and responsive. Two days latter Mike came right on time. he was very courteous and clean. He fixed my oven and dishwasher. Fantastic experience.

Mike from Pete’s did a really good job. The blower of our hood is actually not produced anymore. But Mike keeps discussing the possible solutions with the manufactory engineer. Finally, everything was sorted out! Definitely recommend Pete’s.

I have to say this appliance repair co came to my home to repair a Bosch oven that was less than 2 years old (purchased from Furgusen). He showed up on time. Repaired it quickly and was prepared with the part in hand. I can’t say enough about how I was happy with the office staff and the technician. If I ever have an appliance issue again I’m calling them. The tech offered advice about my ASkO dishwasher which I was having issues with and took the time to explain things to me. Awesome service and friendly on top of it. I’m sold on these guys and will happily spread the word.

Fixed 20 year old wine cooler, thought I was buying a new one. Diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes, ordered parts back in couple days to fix.

Owner came back twice to make sure the new temperature knob matched …

We were having issues with a brand new appliance that we purchased from Thermador. Pete's was sent out to inspect the appliance and attempt to repair it. My 24 years old Subzero has two problems, refrigerator temperature is not cold, ice maker no longer makes ice. Received a couple of estimates, very expensive replacement for the compressor. I went to shop for a new fridge, in the midst of decision. Pete’s was recommended to me by a friend. What a God send! They fixed my fridge replaced a small part for the ice maker. Everything is working! Price was so reasonable, professional and on time.
