American Eagle Store

I live in NY and i drive specifically to this mall every time because of the selection if stores. Particularly this aerie. Every time I come the store is clean and stocked . Sometimes assistance isnt available because of the quantity if customers . But today I had immeadiate help from a lovely associate named jeanine . Didnt get the shorts i wanted but i got a cute skirt and top that she helped me with.

Nice store, lots of great selections. Girl at the register was super nice too. Love the clothes and definitely recommend coming here. It was also nice because it was almost empty on a Tuesday afternoon so no annoying people in the way.

Such a great experience at this store. We haven’t shopped at AE in a very long time, but my fiancé and I came in to find him some jeans and the team was super helpful and insightful regarding fit and product knowledge. Every associate in either Aerie or American Eagle was polite, kind and attentive. However, Jordan went above and beyond to make sure the denim we were purchasing fit and was to our liking. What a great team. This store is a pleasure to shop in. Especially at a time like this. I commend the manager and the team at this location!

the team in this store deserve so much recognition, especially jordan. after i spent 2 hours going into stores looking for something to wear for an event i have, i went into ae, tried something on, didn’t like how it fit and asked her opinion. she went above and beyond after asking what i needed an outfit for and styled a few things to try on and she found the perfect dress! i honestly wouldn’t have been able to find something without her and i appreciate her so much! everyone who works here tho is so welcoming and helpful, and i really give props to the management for having such amazing people and a great environment! ae will always be a favorite store of mine :)

Great customer service. Johnny was excelllent, he did a great job helping me find and pick the right sizes, even after I made a mess near closing. What an absolute legend.

Nice clothes, specially of you trying to just go to the beach or something and don't want to ruin your more expensive clothes. Not to say it's cheap just saying it's in between so it's good.

It is a pity that we do not have enough time to browse all the shops in the outlet as it was our last day stay in the States. Perhaps we would give ourselves more time for this purpose.
