AT&T Store

I have been coming to this store for many years and have always had a postive experience. Recently when aquiring my upgrade, i met Marvin who was a great help in choosing the phone that was best fit for me. He is very experienced and has alot to offer his customers. His store should be proud.

Rich was very helpful in recommending all items we needed! We came in for one thing and ended up adjusting our monthly plan and purchasing better items for our iPhones and iPads. Very helpful and courteous.

I was having an issue with my phone working after an insurance repair and Alysha went above and beyond her duties as a sales associate from trying to get my IPhone back up & running to contacting the UBreakIFix Store trying to get them to fix what they broke, then helping me contact the phone insurance provider since my phone would not work at all. She was very patient and kind and helped me out more than any other AT&T associate ever has (and I've been with AT&T for 17 years).

Excellent service. Rob was great and demonstrated superb patience in explaining what I needed to know about the device. He has awesome customer service skills. I saw how he dealt professionally not only with me, but everyone who entered the store. I’ll recommend him to all my friends.

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and supportive. Know their product line well and was forthcoming and helpful with recommendations without a hard sell or pushing one product over another. Alysha Rodriguez was our sales consultant and she patiently and professionally helped us find the right plan and phones and took us through the whole process. She is terrific.

Sales consultant Ariel went above and beyond in providing me with quality service. He made a devastating situation of having my device stolen a breeze to work through, even helping me submit my claim correctly. Renzo Vigo was amazing. I came in with my mother and 2 year old daughter. My daughter was cranky and running around wild, and my mom was a little snippy because she is afraid of getting random fees and charges to the account and was having trouble understanding the new plan, as she is 65 and not the best at math. Renzo was sooo beyond patient and kind, none of this phased him one bit. He explained everything sooo thoroughly, and my mom may even be getting the at&t cable service. I am sooo appreciative and thankful for his professionalism and care, and he is a great businessman as well. You guys better keep him around forever and pay him what he deserves!! This location is Paramus, NJ on route 4.

I walked in after totally being fed up with Verizon’s bs customer service to change carriers. A store representative named Matt helped me very attentively once I walked in giving me different options at lower price. I ended up Saving $75 dollars a month switching. Very pleased with my experience and will recommend to others.

I had recently visited this at&t store looking for a wire for my tablet. This was the third store I visited looking for a replacement wire. I was helped by Alicia. She was pleasant & knowledgable. She had advised that they did not have what I was looking for but could check microcenter. I appreciated the time she took to me assist me. Sometimes people can be dismissive but she provided white glove service!!! Thank you Alicia for all your help!!!!

Alysha was excellent!!! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. We not only purchased the IPhone 11 and IPhone 12, but we are also trying out the AT&T TV for our home! We currently have Direct TV, but Alysha made it seem so much better than what we presently have! She is such an asset to your company, you should be so thankful that she works for you and not a competitor, she deserves a raise!!! Love her!! She was the BEST!!

went to this store this week to buy a phone. first it was nice and empty, 2nd customer service guy there was nice enough to mention that i can try the samsung store near by to fix my broken phone or try best buy for unlocked device. he thought those options were more affordable since buying a phone without plan is super expensive. i was able to get my phone fixed at samsung store. i was appreciated that he was pushy trying to sell me a phone.

Mildo was very knowledgeable. We switched 5 phones over from another cell provider. He made it painless and answered every question professionally.
