Met up with friends at this Italian restaurant in northern NJ. Decor and ambiance was tasteful and the waiter was helpful and professional. Food was great! ANGELA’s meatballs is a must try along with its tasty sauce. Bread is normally given out at other places and usually ok but the bread at Tony Lips was fresh tasty and delicious ....
Friends tried the specials, rib eye steak was delicious , prepared well and was juicy and delicious , chicken parmigiana was huge and enough for two ppl , and the prosciutto peas and pasta entree was awesome.
A return visit is a must for me. Frank V. was on premise and stopped to say hello

I highly recommend Tony Lip’s! This was my first visit and the food was delicious! I had the chicken parm that so tasty and tender. All in my party really enjoyed their meals. The appetizers were both terrific including the calamari. The service was excellent. I definitely will be coming back.

The great food was just half the nights fun. Bobby Valli (Frankie's brother) entertained the entire night (and was great). Music was loud so table conversation was minimum. Byob, so the wine was great. Service was a bit slow but the house was packed so no blame there. My first time there, will be back.

What a great find. A true family dining experience with real ingredients of love and care. The meatballs are divine. Freshness does not do enough justice on their offerings of great entrees and pizzas. Cannot wait to return. The tiramisu needs a stage or shrine of its own.

Really really enjoyed this place. From start to finish the food tasted fresh and delicious. The bread with tomato sauce was even fantastic!! All 4 meals we had were spectacular and the rigatoni with Bolognese was out of this world. Lobster ravioli and chicken Parm highly recommend as well as the chicken Marsala. Tartufo for dessert was perfect. Love this place and will be coming back!! BYOB is great 😀

Food is absolutely amazing. The meat just melts in your mouth. The marinara is perfect not too sweet or acidy. The aroma when you first walk in, makes you hungry instantly. Everyone is friendly and down to earth. I have found my favorite restrauant.

I went during my lunch brake at work and the food was amazing. The service was amazing too the waitress that took care of me was really sweet and had a great smile. I would 100% come back again

Went to this restaurant for the first time last night and was astounded at how good the food was! Everything we had was outstanding, especially the meatballs. Happy to have a great Italian restaurant in the area finally!!

Holy Canoli this food is amazing. We dine out every day. We are a non cooking household. So we have tried a lot of restaurant in the area all the way down to Hoboken back up to Montclair.

Friendly and welcoming with great food. It's like going home to your Italian mother for dinner. One of the best in North Jersey which is known for great Italian restaurants.

Great food, excellent service, nice atmosphere. Chicken parm and sausage and broccoli rabe were delicious. Baked asparagus ..awesome. Will definitely be coming back here.
