This pharmacy is one of the best in NJ. The pharmacist and the technicians are very friendly and they always help me whenever i need help. I always go there for shopping and get my prescription from there

Friendly staff, especially Jeremiah and Dave. Quick check out, clean organized store, but they need a water fountain.

I can’t believe I am leaving a positive review for Walgreens. The cashiers here are fabulous. I had a price discrepancy and the manager was a little rude.
The prices are still ringing up wrong.

*WARNING* Do not buy Apple Cards at this location! They are fraudulent! The Barcodes have been tampered with! I purchased a $50 bad card at this store, and the managers Jay & Scott refused to refund my money. I had no choice but to call the police. When the police arrived they investigated and found evidence of other fraudulent apple cards. This is nothing short of “highway robbery” at its finest. At this point I’ve decided to pursue this matter in small claims court. Shame on you Walgreens!

Worst pharmacy ever. They messed up payment on my prescription that I have also been waiting on for two months. They were extremely shady about the entire ordeal. I recommend Sicomac pharmacy, it is around the corner and SUPER reliable. I don't know why I ever came to walgreens pharmacy in the first place.

My wife just came from the… and she purchased for me sore throat relief. Person who was handling the counter was very unkind and rude even incompetent.

I used to be a fan of this location but I can no longer support this business. They refuse to enforce parking rules and allow people to park right in front of the store. I've seen people not just drop people off, but park and wait for the person to shop right in the front. It's embarrassing to the whole Walgreens brand that they allow this to happen because this is VERY dangerous. There is not enough room to drive around the people. Next time I see it I'm calling the cops and if they don't help I will call the NJ attorney general because this violates the fire code and safety code.

Yesterday I went to Walgreens to fill a prescription and one that was called in from my doctors. Horrible service at the pharmacy!!! They need help! I waited on One long line for 30 minutes!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! No drive up and no counter help! The pharmacist is overwhelmed and no delivery except fed ex. Where is the management company for this pharmacy? People are sick waiting and waiting! I will never recommend going there. Never again! Hire more staff! You are losing customers!!!!

Horrible delivery service, lazy and they prefer to cancel or reschedule a order for the next day instead of delivering as promised.

I've been going to this Walgreens for 4yrs & everyone is nice but today I came in contact with the RUDEST manager, Scott. Long story short, I sent my brother in law to walgreens (with my cc) to pick up similac liquid formula for 5 month. He came back with powder formula, which my child can not take. Anyway we purchased the powder formula at the walgreens in Bayville, NJ (400 Atlantic CIty Blvd) Where we spend our weekends down the shore. They would not do the exchange bc they said it was their policy. I figured maybe all walgreen stores are different, no problem!

Once we were home from the shore I went to exchange the formula. (Mind you I have done exchanges of formula before when my daughter was born) So the sales clerk asked him & he said ok. I looked at him & said, "Thank you" with a smile on my face. He did not reply, smirk or say your welcome he just stood there with his arms crossed staring at me (was very uncomfortable). Then he came around and began the exchange & I purchased a few more items. I put my rewards number in the system, swiped my credit card and the recepits printed out. He then said "I'm sorry the numbers don't add up I can't do this exchange" I asked him what did he mean and he wouldn't give me a straight answer. I explained the story to him. He then asked to see my license and looked at the receipt. He said, "Why is the receipt wrinkled?" I replied "Because it was in the bag." He then began to say "I don't know where this is you're bringing me a receipt from Atlantic City" I replied with "Well it's in Bayville, no where near Atlantic City" He then looked at me and said well "I can't help you, if they won't let you return it I won't." I said but you just did the transaction, and he replied "Well I'm going to undo it" I then asked but "I didn't understand why." This was all making me feel very uncomfortable b/c he was speaking very stern & I was embarrassed in front of other costumers. Turns out bc my brother purchased it because he put in HIS rewards # and not mine. THOSE numbers did not match he would not allow me to do the exchange. I said "Ok I understand no problem what if I call him and get the number he put in or have him do the exchange?" Scott then replied "NOPE TOO LATE". I told him that's not the way to talk to costumers & that he was making me feel like I was trying to create a felony or something. He said "Well sorry if you feel that way but I have the right to deny services & exchanges" He then asked me if I still wanted my items and grabbed the bags with force, like I was going to steal it or something. (Mind you I'm a 5'1'' 110 pound mother with 2 children & a school teacher and throughout I was VERY polite to him) I still purchased one thing of formula & had to get refunded $18. I asked for a receipt for the refund and he told me he would NOT give it to me. He said "I can't give you that sorry" I said I want proof of my refund. He holds it up in front of my face for 5 seconds and goes "SEE.. have a nice day" and WALKED AWAY! The lady who was standing next to me in line said "Wow that was not right" and how she could not believe how he acted and he should not treat costumers that way.

Needless to say I exchanged the powder at another Walgreens with NO PROBLEM. And the entire point to my LONG review .. the point had nothing to do with exchange, he could have said, No and that would have been the end of it. It was how he TREATED me like I was trying to scam them and how UNCOMFORTABLE he made me; how he SPOKE down to me like I was a piece of garbage and most definitely being spiteful... and finally giving me a receipt of my returned items. I knew from the start he was either having a bad day or was not a nice person before this all started when I smiled and said "Thank you" and he stood there with his arms crossed with no reply or form of expression on his face.

My advice Scott needs to take a class or read a book on proper communication & people skills, esp if he's a MANAGER trying to run a store.
