We bought our home in Wayne, already knowing that it needs extensive plumbing work, baseboard heating, and gas line for the kitchen range. Instead of searching for each contractor separately, we were on the lookout for a one-stop-shop kind of deal. Long story short, this company was perfect for our requirements and within our budget. In three weeks, everything was taken care of.

I have owned my condo for a little over 2 years and both the summers I've spent here, I have had issues with my central AC. I have had 4 or 5 different companies come out to look at the system and my experience has ranged from them telling me I just need to change the filter (which I do on a regular basis) to telling me I have to replace my entire system (involving a crane and closing down my entire street with police detail for a whole day). I finally called Wayne's Way Plumbing and Heating and we set up an appointment for the very next day to come out and look at the system. Their service man was able to find the issue in very little time and was charged a fraction of what the others had been trying to charge me. I was so pleased with the work he did and the service I got that I've told all of my friends who are home/condo owners in the area to use this company.

Our AC unit wasn't able to shut off, the temperature on the thermostat wouldn’t go less than 80.  We had 25 people coming over on Sunday and it was Friday morning.  Called them, the folks contacted me within an hour to let me know they could help that day,  really grateful about this.  By 3pm, the tech had installed a new thermostat after checking out the entire AC system.  We had a cool house for Sunday. My experience with Wayne's way was amazing! My older HVAC unit was not working, so I called and they were able to send a technician out that same afternoon, in just a few hours! Their customer service team contacted me 30 mins before the technician was due to arrive at my home, which gave me plenty of time to leave work. The technician was very friendly and he was able to determine my problem, have the part delivered to my home and fixed the unit in under an hour! This was my first experience with Wayne's way, and I will definitely continue to use their services and highly recommend them to others!

Had a problem with the heating on my top floor. I had called another company, and I was quoted exorbitantly. Called Wayne's Way for a second opinion and they fixed it for a modest price. Thank you for being honest, professional, and efficient! Will use again if any other problems arise.

We had a gas boiler heating emergency on a bitter cold Saturday. Wayne called us back immediately and helped us figure out the situation by phone. We greatly appreciate his time, expertise and willingness to help.

We had our HVAC system installed by this company. They were very professional, courteous, and thoughtful. They followed every COVID-19 protocol. Highly impressed with this service. The installation was smooth without a hitch, and the rates were reasonable. I would recommend this service.

This review is a little belated...but I can't say enough about this company and its professionalism! I had a problem with my gas tankless heater and they were immediately responsive.
They explained everything to me, emailed a quote the next day. The work was done perfectly and no surprise extras.

My sink was draining very slowly and caused a funny smell. It turned out that my disposal also needed to be replaced. They stopped over to check in the evening and came back the next day and replaced my disposal very quickly. I'd definitely recommend for anyone needing immediate service.

On Saturday my gas boiler would not turn on, so I called this Plumbing company.They came out within an hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Highly recommended! will definitely be going back to them in the future.

I was selling my house and the city told me that I needed to get the water heater vent inspected by a professional for a signed certificate. I had a detailed discussion about it with this company's representative. He perfectly understood what was needed and what were the standard procedures. They came out the same day to fix my A/C. I thought it was a capacitor, but the technician quickly diagnosed and it found out the fuses were bad. So, it was half the cost to repair than I was expecting. I'm keeping their phone number for future work!

I stupidly dumped one of those gel-based ice packs down my kitchen sink. A day later things weren't flowing too well so I plunged the sink which caused a large volume of garbage disposal "product" to vomit forth from my laundry room sink.

At this point things were really backed up so I called these folks at 9:30am they showed up at 11:10am and were done by 11:55am. The call center folks were pleasant as was the plumber. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had a leaky valve in my bathroom. Found this company here on google and called them on a Sunday evening. They came out first thing Monday morning and fixed the problem right away, along with some good advice on further needs. Definitely will be using their services again

I am a total noob when it comes to plumbing. When one of our toilets broke down, we thought that it’s going to take hours for anyone to install a new one, but these guys are really efficient. Installed new toilet in no time and didn’t leave a single trace of sand or garbage.

I needed to have my very old kitchen faucet replaced. Being a weekend and them being overbooked, they were still able to get back and squeeze in an appointment and had the job very well done!
