This place is AMAZING. The prices on feeders are super low compared to Petco and Petsmart. The animal selection is so wide and varied, they had exotics I’ve only ever seen online because none of the pet stores in my hometown had them. All the animals look incredibly healthy, the cages are clean, and several of them were bioactive (with the option of purchasing both the animal and the setup). I’m blown away and definitely will be back.

My partner and I absolutely love this shop. They have an amazing variety of kritters to choose from. Not to mention the staff is incredibly friendly—particularly Nala 🐶 She was very attentive and gave amazing customer service. Give that best girl a raise 🦴✨

I got a beautiful, healthy little halmahera blue tongue skink from here and am very happy with the decision to take the time to drive out from El Paso. I was given some free food with the purchase and was glad to see that our skink loves it. They've been a great eater right from the start and I was surprised how little time it took to start seeing them out and about.

If you are looking for a healthy reptile or quality food and other necessities, this is the place to go.

Edit: adding some photos of a year later with this lovely little boy. Even our vet says she's impressed with how healthy he is. Perfect sheds, super friendly, and a very strong personality for such a small animal. I absolutely love him.

Got my kid his first tarantula here- it came with its own habitat! Friendly staff gave us a crash course in everything we need to know to keep our new baby happy and healthy. Totally impressed with all the awesome animals and knowledgeable people here.

Give this employee a medal, not only did she make me feel welcomed but she really helped us pick out the best frog around, also very soft I wonder what her skin routine is

My go to place to get frozen feeder mice for my Kingsnake! (Photo of him included to show his appreciation of exemplary food) The staff are always super nice and the mice are great quality. They’ve also got an some amazingly happy and healthy animals for sale. I’m tempted to buy another snake every time I go in!

Though it's a bit of a trick to get to, this shop is absolutely worth it. I went in for gecko food, and the worms they have are big, active, and from my Leopard Gecko Ghillie's reaction, quite yummy.
The prices are comparable to big chain stores, and unlike those stores, the bugs are all actually alive.
They also have a lot of really cool animals in there. I'd never actually seen a new caledonian lizard, and they have other cool things as well.
Grade A service and merch.
A bit of an update (12 30 23): I bought a crested gecko there today, and the staff was knowledgeable as always, and helped me to select the perfect one. I would add another star if I could!

I love Cross City Exotics they have good variety of snakes and area always there willing to help. I have bought most of my snakes "Ball python" from there the animals are well taken care off I am always happy with my purchase.

We purchased a ball python from this store, and staff was very informative and friendly. She was able to tell us the age, gender, and type of ball python we were purchasing.

They have many different reptiles and were able to tell us about the different temperaments of the types of snakes they had. I would definitely recommend purchasing your reptile from them.

Great customer service, Pet Smart and Petco do not compare to this place. If you have a snake or any reptile this is the place to go, they will help you out. Plus, you want a live mouse or rat for your snake, they for sure have them.

Awesome place to come purchase reptiles and reptile food. If you're looking for pinkies and mice for your snakes come here! They got lots of awesome snake turtle and lizard varieties. The employees are super nice and knowledgeable. Store nice clean and organized

An amazing store! So many fascinating species and colors! From invertebrates, spiders, tutles, snakes,, frogs, lizards and so much more! The staff is awesome and knowledgeable too. Worth the time to stop by and ask questions or pick up that new friend or food/decorations for those friends!

Great local reptile and amphibian shop. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and they’re very knowledgeable about the breeds they are selling. The animals all seem very well taken care of and their live feed is well taken care of as well. Very generous prices as well. This is the only place I come for my reptiles.

They have so many options for pets and are good on lamps for them.
