I came in to use my boot allowance from WM, and the lady was very helpful, showing me an extensive list of qualified boots, and after only trying on two pairs, I found a pair of BOA boots that fit me perfectly.

I literally arrived there at closing time and the gentleman that assisted me went out of his way to ensure that I received the best service and the correct fit of boots looking up my account for a previous purchase and didn’t. Rush at all. Great service!

It's was very nice I was greeted as soon as I entered the store even though everyone was busy with other customers. I then was helped and had a great experience and was shown many styles and then finally received the perfect boot .

The gentleman pulled up my info from previous purchases, and had me in a new pair of boots in 10 mins. The new boots fit great.

Had in stock boot 4421. Salesman Greg knew the product, offered arch supports that I needed. It was the best experience. Thanks!

Visited the nearest Red Wing Store to get a check up on my boots. Decided to try the new to me insole computer. The insoles are great by the way no more tired feet in the early part of the day.

Wonderful staff. They have a great selection of different types of shoes. They also have a special machine that measures your foot, shows your pressure points, arches, and helps design the right shoe for you. Hard to find stores that sell good quality shoes and will see if the pair we bought holds up. Past shoes for hiking from other stores wore out before year 2. These shoes appear to be made better and we will let you know. Recommend everyone looking for a wide size or a good solid shoe check this store out.

Came in for new work boots last month. A little late on the review. I was greeted promptly and professionally. Heather immediately inquired into my needs and interests. She was knowledgeable on inventory, stats, and customer interaction. It was superb to be able to do a technology-based, accurate fitment inspection on location. Their sizing sensors and her dedication to duty, as well as prior experience with my workplace requirements facilitated the best picks for boots. I was even able to use work credit in store for the purchase of some Irish Setters when we found out the the Red Wings I was looking at actually wouldn’t be the best solution for work. I have been buying my work shoes for FedEx here for 5 yrs now. I get a discount from the store. I Love all of my shoes that I have bought from Red Wing.

Went in this evening after 530 to get a new pair of work boots as mine were done for. Super busy so I was waiting, female associate popped in on her off hours to say hi to the 2 folks working. She jumped right into helping me find a new pair of boots and got me squared away. Awesome to see employees helping their team mate's out like this. Thank you again

Service is outstanding.. a energetic and knowledgeable staff always friendly and available yet not overbearing. I usually know exactly what I want so with their help I’m in and out fast. I can however be a very picky person and I want what I want but I’m not always able to articulate what that might be so I take my time and browse. Red Wing shoes are always sturdy enough to last me a long time. The work oxfords I wear daily in a tough heavy environment and I usually replace them yearly. They hold up great and don’t show signs of the hard beating they take for quite a while. I also love the boots even though I don’t need to wear them every day anymore I still have a pare of hikers. If I do decide to shop the employees give me all the space I need to look while remaining close enough to answer any questions or to grab me a size to try. I have bought so many pairs of shoes from Red Wing over the years and hopefully I’ll buy many more

I go to this location everytime I need a new pair of boots. I like the fact that they can look up everything that I have gotten and when they do a quick check it tells them what my last 2 pairs were. Unfortunately the pair I usually get have been discontinued and I had to get a different pair. These are made in the USA and the soles are replaceable which might save me a little money when I need new soles instead of a new pair of boots.

Had a great experience at this Red wing store, i had gone to 2 different locations and was not helped at all, Heather did the absolute best job, she went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of, i even purchased some gloves too because she made it such a great experience.

I bought my second pair of boots from them in November of 2016. I noticed the stitching was coming out of one of the boots in February. Broth them in and asked what could be done about it. They swapped them out with a brand new pair no questions asked. I got home and they just didn't feel right so I went back again and they swapped those out for another pair. The ladies in there were super nice. Highly recommend this store and red wings for the customer service and quality of their boots. Keep up the good work I am a happy customer.

Free parking..... Very clean.... Terry our salesman... Very good.... Excellent knowledge of product.... Helped my son the the correct combination of work boots and supports. Thank you! Only thing is that they have only a 1 year guarantee. For the price it should be more.
