Everyone who works here is so nice. When I shop, EVERY worker says hello or makes small, friendly conversation. Garrett at checkout was especially kind and friendly and brightened my day. He asked about my baby and showed a genuine interest in how my day was going. Every trip here is pleasant!

Love the employees however, pharmacy staff could be a little better with customer service. I waited at register 5 mins before gentleman finally greeted me.

When I was in line to check out, the cashier closed her lane and turned her light off. I was the next person to be helped and she told me to go to another register. She had an attitude and there was plenty of people behind me too that had to find another lane to check out.

This target and their associates were fantastic. I had just been to the dermatologist and was bleeding bad because I'm on bloodthinners. Taylor the store director and her people went out of their way to help me. Thank you from the bottom 🙏 of my ❤.

I absolutely love the drive up option when I don't have a lot of available time to shop. I can order from the store on my app, select drive up, let them know I'm on my way, let them know I arrived, and done! It's super easy, and it's normally ready in 2 hours. There are also special deals offered for drive up. Last visit, I saved $38.87. I saved another $15 after my order was placed, and another $15 when I picked up my items. All this on a $166 original order. Super fast pick-up process with a LOT of designated parking spaces just for drive up orders. Love it!!

My family and I love Target! I love shopping here on a regular basis. Cute and trendy clothing, shoes and costume jewelry. Their offerings of black products have increased greatly. It’s nice being able to find my old reliable products and to be introduced to expanded options. Black history month products have expanded to year round… which I think is fantastic since I am black 365. ;-)
I always find myself just browsing the aisles looking for something I don’t need but just HAVE to try or buy.
The black ornaments & nutcrackers at Christmas time have been numerous and cute! I can’t stop buying them.
There are misconceptions that it is expensive to shop at Target, and it can be since they offer high end and quality products. However, they are competitive with their prices and are quite affordable. They also give you money back to shop… I don’t need it to keep coming back, but I do like the discounts and incentives.

This last experience at Target was by far the best I've had in YEARS. Ben was so helpful in produce. He answered all the questions I had. I didn't want to bother him because he looked busy but he saw me walking around clueless. He was the only employee who asked me how I was doing or how he could help. The selection of the store was great. I will definitely be back!

They are undergoing a major remodel at the moment but everything was neat, clean and the construction was well outta sight or areas were walled off and decorated to look nice. They were well stocked and I got just what I needed!! This is my go to place for shorts and t-shirts!! Great prices and selection!!

You lot of things here what I liked is that I could also buy milk here and don’t need to go to another store to get household items

We stopped by to pick up back to school supplies, and was happy to get everything we needed. Also, pleasantly surprised that the store was recently renovated, and that the electronics department was moved to a more secure location.

Super quick and easy from ordering on the app to getting the order. The employee was quick and professional.

Best drive up Park, pick up I have ever experienced ! Target is the absolute easiest app to use.

The staff was very friendly and greeted me. It's not something I expect. But it made me feel happy. The Starbucks and cvs staff was super nice and helpful too.

I was here on Monday 6/27 to open a Consumer Cellular account. The first time I was helped by a young woman (sorry I didn’t get her name). She gave me all the information needed to establish the account. After gathering the information I returned and was helped my Adrian. He was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. These employees are truly a credit to your store. There was another older woman there the entire time I was. She was struggling with some matter involving a gift card and Adrian was extremely patient with her in trying to resolve her issue.

All the other reviews, psh! Who cares. We all know what we get from a Super Target outside the city. It's open, light, employees where red - yadda yadda. Real reason why I'm writing is that it's a shout out to Cupid for the far and away best customer service I've had in a while! Told a story on making the *perfect* fried rice, Cupid went back to the back and grabbed me some fresh green onions for me. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! I was being a bumbling oaf because I was tasked to grab cotton balls ... which I never use, so finding them was silly to me. In my stupor, Cupid stumbled across me again and directed me to this great wall of various sizes of cotton balls (to be fair, said wall was KINDA tucked away). I don't know how Target does things for waaaaaay positive reviews, but something is in order! More nice, helpful and kind people! Also, if you're reading this Cupid - short grain rice, forgot to mention that.

Target truly hits the bullseye by my high standards by empowering all of their employees from the cashiers to the department specific staff to resolve issues quickly and seamlessly without having to walk to the front end or calling a manager for approval/override. Truly sets them apart with a great customer experience.

About a month ago, I found some club soda (at the Target, Avon location) that I had been looking for at different stores but had been unable to find at other stores. When I went back on 6/3/22 to buy more, there was none on the shelf. I checked their website & it indicated that there was some in stock so I went to the service desk & asked the employee (Devi) if she might be able to call someone to check in the back. Devi actually walked back to the aisle with me &, when she couldn't find any either, she asked another employee (Christian) if he might be able to help. Christian scanned the tag on the shelf & confirmed that there was supposed to be some in stock in the back. He then went to the back of the store &, after a few minutes, he came back with the club soda.
I just wanted to commend these two employees who took 5-10 minutes out of their busy day & went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND to help me find something that I have not been able to find at any other store for the last month! So, please give them the recognition they deserve; out of 10-stars, they get 100!

I recently placed an online order and received order through the drive up service. This was super easy and with the app feature they knew when I arrived and brought it out within moments of me putting my car in park. This was such a relief during the holiday season to not have to wait in a line for one of my many excursions I had to make that day. Bonus as well that I got something heavy and I didn’t have to stress my back loading this in my car. Will definitely do this again!

Mick in cold storage saved the day! Local Brownsburg Kroger was out of stock which happens but manager was so rude to several folks looking for it. I got in the truck and was soon talking to Mick...option 5...we were looking for Jimmy Dean sausage. Mick walked out and actually checked. Awesome support! Saved Biscuit and Gravy night at the Payne household!
