It was my first time flying into Indianapolis, and I was very pleased with my experience. It was such a huge and spacious Airport. I like that it was not so busy and if it were, I bet it's not gonna be too crowded because of how wide it is.

It also looks very modern and sleek inside, the interiors were great and I liked how it was a short walk from my gate towards the exit. The driveways were also straightforward and easy to find.

I like the new design of the airport. I used to get so confused and lost in the old Indy airport because was a Labyrinth. Now it's much more wide and open and I feel free to do as I please. The floor is also really soft if you're looking for a place to take a nap. 10/ 10 recommend. They also have nice windows to stare outside with. TSA is also extremely fast and i never have issues with them or luggage. I think this is the best airport in the Midwest/ US!!!

Cool airport full of the newest tech for TSA only thing I wish they had was a McDonalds in the terminal. They have one in the waiting area but it's before you walk through TSA so you gotta finish your coffee and sodas before entering. It's still better than most airports I fly into and around the US and there is a bunch. It's a cool place. 😎 🆒

Amazing airport. Good restaurants and good workers. Very clean and easy to navigate due to it being smaller.

Best airport I’ve visited. Very clean. And getting through security with pre-check was a breeze.

Travelled to this airport on a Monday afternoon. It was a bit busy, but it was clean and easy to navigate. The rental cars are inside the airport which was very convenience.

I went back to MCI on Friday from Indy airport. I went 2 hours before my flight. And I’m glad I did. The security check is slow. It took me about 20 min to go trough it and about 30 min for them to go through my bag. I travel for work so I have a work laptop, personal laptop, iPad, and a cellphone. They spend about 5-8 min and looked into each electronics carefully. Not sure why, because I travel with them at least twice a months for work. It was the first time that this happened. That didn’t bother me at all, I understand it’s their job. I just mentioned it, so you might consider going in earlier if you travel with a few electronics on you.

There are many art pieces displayed through the airport. So it’s a good idea to come a bit earlier yo see the pieces. Arts are all over, from ceiling to the windows.

The airport is very clean. One of the cleanest I d been. Many places to sit and relax and there are many restaurants and fast foods to choice from.

I’ve never been to an airport with bathrooms so clean. OK the little race car in the middle of the airport was eye-catching. It’s pretty spread out an open lots of food options and easy to get from point a to point B I like the little lights above your head when walking across the stair train.

A welcome change from our normal "busiest airport in the world." Thanksgiving holidays and still uncrowded and relaxed. We literally had a dozen people wish us well when we returned the rental car. Where are we??

I love this airport, when traveling IND is the go to. The airport is simple, the security is quick, and the parking is very easy to understand. Nothing about this airport is intimidating or hard to navigate.

They claim they have been voted America's best airport 11 years running. I can see why that would be the case. The gates look like they might have room for enough chairs for everyone waiting to get on the plane. The rental car facility is just across the street, instead of being abused ride away. The old Indy car in the terminal reminds you of their heritage. All-in-all, it's a pleasant place to spend an hour or two while you wait for your next flight.

By far one of the easiest airports to fly in and out of. Whichever terminal you are in (A or B), you can go through either TSA line as it is only minute walk to get to the other terminal!

A wonderful airport, big, airy, well designed. We were there on a Monday, and there was hardly anyone there making everything efficient and fast. There are plenty of food options for all types of tastes. Keep the kids away from the big candy shops (you'll see the big spinning lollipops). There are a massive number of chairs, with power to charge your phones on almost all chairs. The wifi is straight forward, and fast.

One of the most interesting airports I've been to. Clean facility and friendly staff. High security and loads of eateries.

I have been to many airports in USA and what really stands out with Indy airport is spacious, impeccable and never too crowded. It supports the right amount of people and does not make me feel I am in a congested spot with no breathing space. I do like how the flights are planned which leaves good room to enjoy the beauty within the airport. I have taken multiple flights from Indy and it has always been the most efficient airport overall. Long term and short term parking are available at pretty good prices.

I have never had a bad experience at this airport. TSA is always quick & the technology seems to stay up-to-date with the latest things. The airport itself is always nice & clean. Compared to other airports that I've been to it is on the larger side so you will get some of your steps in.

I've been to a lot of airports around the country and this is one of the nicest and most efficient ones I've been to. It's well organized and doesn't require a ton of transport to get between sections of it. It has a nice, large food court right after ticketing, then you can go through security and get to the terminals to either the right or left. Super easy.

The bathrooms and other facilities are clean and never crowded. The shuttles to the parking lots and getting to the rental cars is also simple.

Flying with firearms has never been a problem for me here as well.

I had to pick up a friend at the airport and I waited at the cell phone parking lot. What a wonderful idea. This is the best thing that I've ever had happened with the airports.

If you arrive at the pickup area and the person that you're picking up is not out ready to be picked up, they will make you do lapse around because you cannot sit there.

So they are very strict on the loitering at the pickup areas because I was only there for a few seconds and I was asked to make a lap around before my friend was able to get into the car.

So make sure you take advantage of the cell phone lots and wait for your arrivals there and have them call you when they're out the door in the pickup area.

The airport is great, security line is always fast. This time America Airlines was a nightmare an had an hour and a half wait for checking in our bags, we missed our flights even thoughwe were 2 hours early, along with at least 10 other families who missed also, and they overbooked all the flights so we could not get on another plane for 2 days. Very disappointed with American Airlines. I'm going to make a formal complaint.

I’m flying into and out of IND all the time for work and am proud to call it my home airport. Easy to get to, easy to park, easy to check in for flights, TSA a breeze (especially now that they’ve learned to use their new machines), Delta lounge, plenty of seating areas while waiting for flights. The only downside would be lack of food options if you have a flight arriving later in the evening.

Love my IND!
