I ordered balloons online it was seamless ordering and they brought it to my car for pick up easy breezy. And my sis loved them

Came in for some balloons for my aunt and I really couldn’t figure out a good pink array of balloons and I can’t remember the sweet lady that helped me out put she made a beautiful arrangement of 12 balloons for me if she’s not the manager she should be one soon and she’s in the photos just didn’t get her name but I will return because that was great customer service for sure!!

Great customer service had a issue with a self blow up tank and they took great care of me so I could get ready for my sons 5 year old party make sure u shop at the Party City in Avon Indiana you will receive great service.

I went last minute for Halloween costume accessories. While a lot was sold out (understandably) I still found some helpful items as did my wife. The line at the register was long but it moved quickly. Very impressed with how they handled the packed store. I'll definitely return when I need party or costume supplies.

Had to come here for a work project. Found what I needed in the last minute and it was super busy. Got in and out with the quickness.

Just a normal party store that has everything you need for parties.

My family and I visited the store yesterday afternoon. We were greeted by Eric as we walked into the store. The staff we so helpful and hands on ready to let my son try on five costumes. At checkout they price matched our costume which was a great thing because I found it $9 dollars cheaper but didn't feel like driving to pick it up and my son was not letting that costume go. Thanks for the great customer service to the team at PARTY CITY, AVON LOCATION BUT ALSO A GREAT THANK YOU TO ERIC!

I am so thankful for the help I've received at this store. I was helping to plan a business anniversary party. I was trying to order balloons online and the online website is a nightmare. I just wanted a couple of balloons and my bill of $50 went over $70 once I added helium to them. I had to order packages of 15 balloons when really I only needed a couple out of each package, but they were charging me to inflate every single balloon. It was extremely stressful.

So, I took a 24 hour break from the website and the next morning decided to call the store to see if they could help. I was passed to a manager, Jessica, who went above and beyond. She not only explained the website but also took my order over the phone to help lower my costs and create the bouquets I was trying to design in my head. She explained which would look better, and work better together.

They are wrapping up for the Halloween holiday season and it is looking good

I went in to get 2021 graduation balloons for my family members who graduated today. They were out of most balloons that had Graduate, or congratulations on it. However I was still able to put a good combination of balloons together. They delivered good customer service for it to be so busy.

We get our orders filled here at least twice a year and it's great that they offer everything in one spot

If you follow my reviews you know ill give it to you straight. I love to go here and just walk around and look at items. They have all ages all types party ideas. Customes, car stuff to decorate, all occasions. The prices on some items are a little higher than id personally like to pay, but if money isnt a big option to you then its a perfect place to go to get all your party items at. Thry even have the candies and favor boxs. Go in and check them out.

Love Love Love this store. My only complaint. They need to keep their supplies stocked. I was very disappointed this weekend I couldn't find enough of the same tableware set in the same pattern without having to go to more than one Party City!

They have always been very professional whenever I go in and solve any problems in a very timely manner! Will be coming back!

Great experience, a bit better never stocked property baby due to Halloween but was there for birthday decorations and was not well stocked. Had the majority of what I was looking for though.

First time ordering online and it went as expected so that was a plus. Usually something goes wrong but this makes me trust them for future things.

So many different options. I was kind of overwhelmed butt the attendant was very helpful and attentive. She kept checking on me, even though she was the only one working the counter!

Nice store very clean and put together. Employees were very helpful and nice. Didn't take long to get the help i needed at all.
