Walmart Supercenter

Shanella in electronics assisted me in getting new phone service. She explained all the different carriers and what they offered. She even provided her contact information and answered questions my sister had who isn’t a current customer.

Michael in electronics was very helpful. He's been helpful, patient, and kind with us every time he's helped us.

Staff is eager to help. They had extra help come up to run the cash registers when the line got a few people in them. The shelves were stocked well. They also had a large amount of clearance items in the clothing section.

Great place, had this one lady help me pick my meat and told me of the quality. Even offered to help me to my vehicle with my groceries when she was ending her shift. She was great and gave the AVON Walmart a awesome feel during these holiday season. Thank you Belinda Morgan!!

Well the man at the door he was so sweet he was very very well respectful and very manner he wanted to help I took one of my neighbors and he wanted to he wanted to take his walker and not use his walker and get him one of them things and ride he wanted he took his walker down there to the service desk he was a very handsome nice

6/7/23 I rate them still 5 star still, cause You can do your quick groceries here, I'm a truck driver, but note you can't sleep here, Nice Guy in Tow truck ask me before he do something, I'm leaving now 10:02 Pm I'll try to look for other parking spot, can't blame walmart that we're not welcome here to park, cause of some other drivers dumping their human wastes on the premises, bit thanks still Walmart 🙏

I needed to return a pair of jeans that had the wrong size tag on it. I originally purchased them at the Brownsburg Walmart. The CSR named Tim was not friendly nor helpful. I ended up going several miles away to the Avon Walmart. I wish I could remember the wonderful CSR that listened to me and assisted me with my purchase. I appreciated her light-hearted humor and willingness to help. I also appreciated that the wall that has the jeans stacked on them didn't smell like mildew. Yes! I said what I said. The Brownsburg Walmart needs to chexk the jeans on the wall near the fitting room. Most of them smell mildewed. Oh yes, they fully intend on selling them. I would have posted a picture, but since it wouldn't have scratch and sniff capabilities it wouldn't help. LBVS. Hope this helps someone.

Went to Walmart to pick up an online order. Went inside to pick up a few more items. Always a one shop stop you can always find it at Walmart.

Walmart is always a hit or miss with the customer service and the items. The service was pretty good this time even though they did not have what I was looking for they at least tried to check first.

This is my favorite and go to Walmart. Anything I need or want I can find here in store or online. The store is clean, well organized, and overall stays well stocked. Restrooms. Money center. Photo. Pharmacy. Woodforest bank inside. Hair salon inside. Automotive center. Clearance racks. The Walmart + subscription is really nice and saves me money. I get a lot of shipping, delivery, and pick-up orders and always have great service and no real issues. Staff is good at this store. Delivery drivers are excellent. Lots of checkout lanes both manned and self. This is a busy location. It's not perfect but no store is perfect. I highly recommend this Walmart. I've been to many, and this is by far my favorite store. They are going through a remodel right now but are making good progress.

I did a pickup order for the first time. I'm very impressed with the service.

The store wasn't too busy the lines are all almost self check out now. Great selections and good prices!!

I was picking up a prescription and needed an OTC item with it. The person assisting me volunteered to get my OTC item for me even though that's not standard procedure. Then she had to bring my package to my car because it didn't fit in the transmission tube. She was also very personable, a pleasure to do business with.

Well I have been ordering things online for 2 years and have been loving it. Because I hate shopping and I hate getting out of the house. I'm 57 and have worked in a hospital for 40 years in the hustle and bustle. I'm glad to stay at home and I'm glad they came up with online ordering. However today I had to go to the bank so I thought I'd stop by Walmart and pick up a few things. I was looking for something and an older man came up and asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the way to what I was looking for. He didn't just tell me where it was. I was pleasantly surprised and my shopping experience became a very positive one. I still enjoy the self-checkouts because I don't have to have human interaction. I just want to say thanks to him I enjoyed my trip. I still don't plan on going much but I do feel like it was a great welcome back!

Convenient from the parking to the customer service... Your one stop everything you need for your family and everyday life. Perks like coupons, sales, layaway, rewards, gift cards, refill cards and of course the Wal-Mart card and app.etc... List goes on!

Very organized, clean, very friendly door greeter and the bathrooms where CLEAN
